The service technician was rude…

The service technician was borderline rude. He seemed put out when we had a sprinkler on in the front yard and that my sister didn’t realize that there was an appointment. I was in the hospital having a knee replacement and she was doing me a favor by being there. When she asked what time the appointment was, he said from 8 to 8, which is a pretty big window. He made sure he was telling her what he could not do on the property rather than what he could do. Basically he was condescending and extremely poor customer service. We are so displeased we are considering going back to our previous pest control company, which is far more than cost of yours. The young men who sold us the contract were professional and nice. I do not know who the technician was, but don’t send them again.

After 5 years of using Aptive

After 5 years of using Aptive, I don’t recall having the same tech twice. Do employees not stay with Aptive? Some tech’s are very professional while some really lack. I want the same pro tech to come each time!
Have had repeated problems with appointments. Constantly have been notified I have an appointment (1-2 months) than my actual appt. Is this a way to upsell? I always have to call Aptive and correct them. Quite frustrating!
Looking for a company that delivers professionalism, accuracy, and trustworthiness.

First Marcus was outstanding

First Marcus was outstanding. We discussed all the requirements and the history, with a few new concerns. Every item was completed without issue. Being from Houston, and filling in, Marcus completed my service on Saturday after I had planned to contact the office on Monday, to ask what happened to my scheduled treatment, and the fact I had not received any notice that anyone was even here. Marcus responded that I was not the first, nor the only one having that concern. The extra time spent has already been worth it.

They never come when they have told me…

They never come when they have told me they would be here. I have repeated over and over to spray nothing in my yard and they still do. I keep the gates locked so they can’t get in, but found one inside on the next to most recent time spraying my wasps. I have said over and over don’t spray the wasps. They won’t tell me what’s in the poison they spray. They inserted something in my herb bed for termites and I don’t know if the herbs are safe to use at this point. There is no person I can call to complain about the service except a phone service in either Columbia or India, I can’t tell which. The English is not good. I hate this company and this service.
