Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I’m very sorry that your mason bee issue has persisted despite multiple visits, I understand how frustrating it can be to feel like the problem isn’t being resolved. This is not the seamless, effective service we aim to provide at Aptive.

I do want to let you know that bees are a protected species, so we are not able to treat for them. However, we can schedule a reservice to confirm that the activity you’re seeing is indeed bees, and provide guidance on next steps for safely managing them.
