Great service except the price

The service has been great! What I don't like is that prices seem to be constantly going up. My friend in my neighborhood pays half of what I do and loves her service provider. She has been with her provider for about the same time as I have been with Aptive and her price has never increased. I may look into switching.

Can't reschedule my appointments beyond…

Can't reschedule my appointments beyond one week. Virtual help is useless. I asked to be on a 3 month schedule and they continue to book every two months. Pest control companies are a dime a dozen in Las Vegas. But this is getting ridiculous.

The technician kept us updated

The technician kept us updated on when he would be arriving. He also took several pictures and sent them to us after treating or we could actually see that the area had been treated.

Damaged Property

Hi Aptive,

Your rep came on Saturday, February 22nd, on his hoverboard. He was solicitng. On his way out, he hit the corner of the exterior of the house and took a chunk out of it. I have this on video and have posted it on Neighbor, that's how we were able to identify your company. The video clearly shows him causing the damage.

I have reached out to you on multiple occasions via phone and email. I only get replies that this has been escalated. I have requested for a call back and you have not reached out to me. I have provided you with photos and video of the incident.

You need to be responsible and accountable for the damage your representative caused.

This is unacceptable. Accidents happen, but the fact that you are not taking ownership and accountabily, that's disturbing.

Always friendly and professional

Always friendly and professional. Willing to go a step above in both service and courtesy… I’ve been a cyst for 10 + yrs and have not had a problem nor creature since they’ve provided my service
