Expectations largely met by the technician
The technician did all that was expected including doing thorough work and documenting his process in photos. He attempted to gain entry but unfortunately we were not home as we had plans to be at home between 1-5, and he arrived around 12:00.
Earlier, we called Aptive asking whether we could get an expected arrival time, and were informed the technician would arrive between 1-5.

Great work/Poor Communication
Actual work done on site was great. I continue to be frustrated at the lack of notice on an estimated start time. Even an AM/PM estimate 24 hrs ahead would be very helpful

Your technician was great, but...
Your technician was great, courteous, professional and got right to work. My complaint is that your product doesn't seem to do much. I still have bugs and spiders all around my house. I'm not sure what I'm paying for and when my 2 year commitment is up I will no longer be using your services.
