Serviceman was great. Just did not know he was coming until he message us about 1/2 hour before arrival. Visit was originally scheduled for May 4th, then rescheduled for May 11th. Nobody showed up on... もっと見る

Don’t know if this really works

I was eating in dining room. Had an ant crawl up my arm after home was treated. A lot of activity couple weeks after first treatment. Only had 3 treatments, the verdict is still out. I will see what happens in next month. Thinking of cancelling. So far I’m not impressed. I worry i got into something that isn’t working or i have to pay every month for it to work. Technicians were all very kind and professional.

In the past 2 months

In the past 2 months, Aptive gave me appointments that were not kept.
Finally, an appointment was kept last week. I received a text from a technician.
However, I was not home.
The tech texted again when he was finished but did not attach the photos. So, I really don’t know what was done.

Serviceman was great.

Serviceman was great.

Very trustworthy.

The staff is excellent

The staff who come to our home really care about what they do. They want the service to work, and they show pride in the work they do.
They are careful to get the spray where it needs to go to be effective, and they make suggestions when needed.
They company has expanded and they now handled our termite issue.
They also know us by our first names, which is wonderful.

Aptive has excellent customer service and friendly staff.

Anything you need and they will be there for you. My ants were gone in a day. The products they use are pet friendly, effective and all organic. Contacting them is effortless. I have the pro plan and they also give Military discounts.

Good communication program

Your technician always asks before arriving for the lawn and house treatment if there are any specific concerns we may have that he should focus on. After treatment is complete I receive photos of major areas treated and a synopsis of the treatment plan used. This communication is key to our continued use of Aptive’s sevices.

Good service

Jason has been my tech several times. He is always very courteous and on time. Most importantly, he knows how to close the gate to the back yard so my dog can't get out.

Great company, great service

I have subscribed to aptive pest control for many years, and I have found it to be one of the best values that I have ever come across. The service technicians are prompt, courteous and above all very knowledgeable about their product and the pests they are dealing with. With my service, I see no bugs or if one gets in, it quickly dies. I did have a mouse intrusion in late winter. Aptive came out ,set traps both in and out, and quickly solved the problem. They even followed up to make sure I was mouse free. I would not hesitate to recommend Aptive to anyone, they are a great service oriented company.
