I have had a five star relationship with all of the aptive technicians. I find the cost to be excessive and the frequency of service to be more frequent than your published guidelines.

The guy that's been coming by makes it great he's very thorough he shows those pictures and we really like Zack he's been great for us. Better than all the others. That doesn't mean the others were bad it just means we like him better. I think he listens better

Adrian did a fantastic job!
Adrian did a fantastic job!! He heard me out on the problems I was having, he explained what type of pest it was and what type of treatments that I would need, and the things I would need to do to help with keeping the bugs at bay.

Great technician
I like the technician that came this time and I would like to have him every time. I thought I was going to miss him because I had an appointment but he made every effort to get there so that I could leave. I really would like to have more say in the times that they are going to come because I can’t just block off a half a day every time they randomly tell me the day they’re gonna come

Great service people who visit your home.
The man who serviced our home was very helpful, answered questions without making me feel rushed, and took the time to really listen to the added instructions for our home because we have chickens and gardens around our home.
Every person we have met face to face with Aptive have always been very nice, understanding, and professional.

Brayden! 5 stars. Brayden was as kind and polite a person as there could be. he was considerate of me working in my office while he sprayed around the house. We talked a little bit and I found out he may be leaving to go take care of family in Texas. OKs loss is Texas Gain. Be well, sir, and thanks a lot!
