The Aqua operative John arrived at the specified time and introduced himself in a polite manner.
He had his trolley of tools, and upon me showing him the wetroom, he commenced to carry out the required valve exchange to the shower control.
This took him approximately 1hr.
He was efficient and cleaned up any debris he had made.
I am a retired Contractc Manager and it was very pleasing to see a workman with a dustpan and brush as part of his toolkit, very rare these days.
I can fully recommend this operative and the company he works for.

Instructed by Extra Care, an Aqua Technician attended Apartment 343, Longbridge Village for the purpose of replacing defective parts on the wet room shower. John, whose journey was impeded by heavy traffic, arrived half and hour late for the apartment, thoughtfully informed me of the delay, in advance and tendered his apology upon arrival. John, smartly very smartly turned out, was pleasantly polite and carried out the task quickly and tidily. My Thanks John Griffin.
