Ordered a500ml shower panel sent a 900ml panel,asked for a exchange for a 700 ml panel was told to send photos of glass ,the box etc and the delivery would be £120,that’s when I put the phone down,man on the phone sounded like he was reading from a script shockingcustomer service- never ever again.

The non-framed shower screen that was purchased from aquabliss was the worst screen to be fitted. The instructions made no sense at all and the stages were back to front. If you’re planning on fitting this yourself, don’t! No measurements of how high the rails have to go, glass panel doesn’t line up with the rails, glass door doesn’t meet the metal frame on the wall, with the magnetic trims. Cheap plastic guide fixings.

Paid for express delivery ,did not happen, not impressed with change of times of expected delivery also, packing of shower door very poor looked old and shoddy, shower door good condition apart from very tiny mark not seen on front of door wall strut ,overall not likely to use again.

Really helpful on the telephone, making specific delivery arrangements, although haulage company disregarded these and had to remove the pallets they’d left and re-deliver as previously agreed. Good products and well priced. Instruction for use for the shower cabinet could have been clearer (double hinged doors, no indication of top and bottom), which would have saved time and effort mounting the doors

We ordered a Zenit 600mm White Gloss Wall Hung Bathroom Vanity Unit inc Basin £239.99,
Arch Close Coupled Toilet and Grohe Basin Mono Mixer.
Within a year the vanity unit's veneer had started peeling in various places, which got progressively worse. When I contacted Aquabliss about the poor quality of the unit, they replied "the item has not been cared for in the manner expected within the instructions". Having read the plethora of negative reviews, I'm not expecting great things from my follow up query around warranty...

Toilet arrived by pallet, box was in poor condition when delivered. Toilet seat of poor quilty cheap plastic, for RRP expected a thicker more substantial seat & lid.

The bath arrived however the delivery man was rude and refused to bring it up the drive as there was a small lip

Delivered on time by very helpful driver, well packaged, but I had ordered a tray size 1700x 750 and was sent a 1700x760. Attention to detail !
Fortunately the plumber is very helpful and will cut it into the wall to compensate

Good delivery time and quality products. Customer service was good too. Had a query regarding my shower tray pre delivery, which was sorted within the hour.

James and the team are so so professional and helpful, they advised me on various fittings and even did the order manually as well as in my portal .
Everything is really easy and the prices are 40% cheaper than any other company online and way cheaper than my local trade outlets .
Don’t waste your time ,Forget the others and go straight to Aquabliss .

If you want a company who will provide good customer services even when there are issues, avoid this company at all costs.
We ordered a bath and the item had been packaged in such a way that the bath panel was completely kinked over the bath on the pallet, meaning that when the panel was removed and pulled out back to its normal shape, the kinks split, leaving us with a split in the bath panel.
I emailed Aquabliss explaining the situation, provided photos of the damage and the way it had been packaged prior, and requested a replacement bath panel. Well, I have never been met with such obstruction by a company and extremely bad attitude both over the phone and on email. Basically, because we were unable to provide a video of us unpackaging the entire pallet, with the delivery driver standing there, they refused to believe us. They were a broken record, consistently stating "the damage wasn't there on delivery".
The bank agreed a chargeback based on our evidence as the product we received was faulty, to which we were threatened to be taken to small claims court by Aquabliss. We regrettably up paying the full amount to settle the matter and are now left with a bath with a split panel, which we will have to try and conceal and hope the split doesn't worsen as we get in and out of the bath!
As a comparison, we have dealt with several companies to source our bathroom and have received a few damaged items. We reported the matter in exactly the same manner as we did to Aquabliss, the difference being is that the other companies rectified the matter immediately, collecting the damaged item and replacing with a new one, meaning I will shop with them again.

I will never ever use Aquabliss again. They should be absolutely ashamed of themselves.
Worst customer service ever.

Easy to order, prompt dispatch and delivery driver really helpful

Easy to buy - clear descriptions and measurements. Well packed and delivered. Small glaze scuff at front of sink but only noticed when installer unpacked it.
Cabinet and drawer installation instructions tricky to interpret, particularly the complex, though effective runners.

My advice is don’t use them. 3 months ago I bought a sink which didn’t arrive and after chasing them up was told it had been broken in transit. Last week I mistakenly bought from them again and have now been told courier has tried to contact me but couldn’t do the item has been returned and a refund will be processed. I’m not sure if this is an actual company at all, they have completely wasted my time twice. Never had this before from anyone and I have bought a lot of stuff online over the years. Complete shambles. Will not use them ever again.
