In general receiving/ purchasing the product was no issue, but be very aware of this company when purchasing online. They have return policies that confiscate nearly half of your deposit in shipping and stocking- and that's if its a brand new unopened item returned immediately.

To initiate a return, you have to first play hide and seek to track down someone through emails and other dead ends before you get a response saying "print this email and include it in your return." After a month or so, you have to follow up or you will hear nothing. Then another week minimum for processing- if you make it to this point. Only then might you recieve your refund, which will equate to approx half of all money spent with this company.

The only way to recover losses from dealing with Aquacoave is to go through the claims process with your bank to determine the fraudulent charges.

In summary, before you purchase, make sure its what you need because if you need to return it, plan on up to 50% of your funds spent ending as a donation to an online seller built around schemes and fraudulent policies.

Ordered the Max Nano G2 XL in black because it still had the memorial day sale on it even after the holiday passed. Ordered last Friday and had it delivered to my door intact yesterday. 6 days from order to delivery. Thank you AquaCave 😁

I paid $9.99 for Premium Shipping (1–4 days) and they instead shipped using the slowest and cheapest UPS option that hands off to USPS: UPS Ground Saver (2-7 days). They ignored all 3 of my emails and pocketed the money.
UPDATE: They did finally respond to my email and basically said they didn't understand my concern since it arrived within 4 days. I explained that they purchased the 2-7 day service rather than the expedited that I paid for and that is dishonest. They did not respond.
Their shipping policy page states "Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours via UPS or USPS." So how was my order expedited? My order arrived at the same time it would have had I paid for the 2-7 day label. So why did I pay more? Nowhere does it say that orders with "Premium Shipping (1–4 days)" push everyone else's order later. That isn't really a fair practice either.

this company tried to charge me almost 200 dollars for shipping one aquarium blade (which costs 10 dollars)! for that price i could have shipped a whole whale! scammers! stay away from these people!!!

This company is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with they are not good to their customers I purchased copper power 1 gallon and the medication was not good like if it was expired and when I asked for a refund Albert Andrasz said that they were not responsible for the product’s defects that’s absurd never in my life has a company told me that before please be careful when buying from this store they won’t do right by their customers.

Buyers beware. ..NO, BUYERS RUN AWAY....FAR AND FAST! Ordered a 250 upgrade kit for my sump on June 28th 2025 and even paid for their expedited shipping. Paid and 1st red flag was not recieving order confirmation...started calling and emailing immediately. Within a week this clown show ignored 15 phone calls and 3 emails. Finally had bank reverse charge and now it will be my life ambition to warn others of this shady organization...read their reviews, this is a ongoing problem with this organization...thieves

Please be aware. Aquacave looks like a professional company bit it is not. They take your money but when your shipment does not reach you they wash their hands and do not even bother to reply you inquiry emails. Please stay away ans buy on amazon or bulkrwefsupply.

Website was easy to navigate. Pricing was better than expected and shipping was fast. I would highly recommend checking these folks out.
