Hi! My name is Cindy and I am the person behind AquaDash, an Australian owned Company, formerly Great Aussie Swim Parkas. I first started Great Aussie Swim Parkas back in 2010 because I wanted a garment that would keep my kids warm and cosy after their swim lessons and would also protect my car seats. Back then I just couldn't find anything. Fast forward 15 years and we can now be found in Swim Schools around Australia and we are building our reputation in the USA. In 2020 when COVID 19 shut down public pools, I decided this was the perfect time to concentrate my efforts on going sustainable and also expanding into swimwear. AquaDash was the result. It is sooo heavy! And a tight fit. I bought a size larger than I usually wear and it is just big enough for me.
I will use it in Winter, but not sure if it will be okay in summer.
I found it very hot to wear too.
I was expecting something lighter in weight, not something that feels like a heavy winter overcoat.

We're sorry to hear that the long sleeved AquaDash Swim Parka wasn't what you were expecting. Our towel lined parkas are designed to be warm with an outer layer that protects car seats, so they are intentionally more substantial than a lightweight cover-up.
