Upon further investigation we would like to advise the order was shipped by Australia Post in a timely manner from our end (within 2 days of receiving your order). Unfortunately once the parcel is dispatched there is very little control we have in regards to the transit of parcels as this is based on Australia Post schedules and locations of the delivery etc.
We would kindly appreciate if you could revisit this review as the order was sent in a timely manner from our warehouse.
