Ordered the best friends bundle and short a bracelet. I have contacted him over and over and over again to send the other one and nothing. The quality is passable, not great. But giving it to my BFF with cancer was the point and now I cannot get the missing bracelet at all.

I ordered these sister bracelets for our girls (6). I ordered them a little over a month before we were going to give them since we were doing them as a fun little "housewarming" present for our blended family. Our girls are not really young, and know how to take care of things. After just one time wearing it, one of them broke (both outer straps boke). She was being careful and I was the one that even took it off for her so it wouldn't break. As I was unhooking it, it snapped...with no pressure at all on the bracelet. Contacted the company to try and get a replacement and they told me they would not replace it, but would send me a "custom order" for one. Ends up they wanted me to pay more than than what I originally paid! They obviously do not stand behind their product. Never buying from them again, and will let everyone I know not to get them as well...which is a shame considering I live w 7 women who love these types of things.

I purchased the Mother/Daughter Bracelets, at first I was pleased, but then I started to noticed the the threads that hold the beads together started to Fray and then the beads started coming off, which is disappointing. I was in the process to purchase the friend's bracelet set but unsure if I should

I got the mother/ daughter stackable bracelets for my daughter & myself. Very pleased with the product.
