Worst experience with this company buyer be ware no clue how they are still in business. Stay away never shipped never refunded.

NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL ! They never sent my items and I filed dispute with BBB ! I just read that the state of Florida is investigating them for fraud do not give these people your information do not order anything from them they are scammers

I placed my order over two months ago. I get an email ten days later saying item was not in stock. I asked for refund two months later still no refund. I had to put a dispute to my credit card company. Im sorry but screw this business.

Placed my order 8/13. I called 10 days later to check on my order, was told it was out of stock. Ask them to send a refund. I called 10 days later when the refund didn't arrive. Lady said refund wasn't put in.
So she put it in, here it is a month later and I still don't have the refund, get no answers to emails or phone calls now. They don't answer chat messages. This company is horrible. Don't buy anything from them.

Scam - they charge your credit card instantly and never ship the product out, even though the product says 'in stock'. Their discount code doesn't work and neither does their chat.

This mickey mouse outfit has still not shipped the filters I ordered in early August. Why does it take so long to ship something that they advertised as being in stock? I have tried using their chat, but get no response. I suspect that this is a scam, so DO NOT buy anything from this site!!

One of the worst experience in the last 2 years. This looks almost like a scam.
Ordered a Zodiac pool suction cleaner and got debited on August 15th. Web site indicated that item was available in stock ready to be shipped.
After two weeks with no news, contacted the vendor and got told that a manager would look into why things were stuck and call me back.
Call never happen.. Called again following day received same story. Again call never happen...
Eventually got fed up and called to ask that my order get cancelled and refunded. Clerk told me she understood and that she cancelled my order and that I should receive an e-mail confirmation and see the credit on my account 4-5 working days later. After 7 days with no e-mail and no credit decided to fill a complaint with my bank to dispute the transaction. The $50 I was planning to save with doing with business ended up costing me a nightmare... Avoid this vendor they are not honnest

Don't expect to EVER get your purchase from these clowns. Simple Theft!

I ordered a pool liner a month ago and still haven't received it. I have chat on line. Emailed and trie calling. I cant get through.

Where the hell is my order. No one knows and not even you!? Covid BS! Stop using that as an excuse. Pool season is almost done and have been waiting for my part for almost 2 weeks! Edited: 1 week later and still no call or response. People save your money! You will not get your product!!! Still no response From Aqua Supercenter and their CEO. 4 weeks!!!!!!!

I ordered two floats from Aqua supercenter I’ve had the float before same float the lasted for four years they charge me for two and they charge me for the shipping I received one and I called them and they told me that I had received my order and I said no you can look on the shipping thing that said they sent one and then I bought two they asked me to go in the dumpster to take out the boxes to send them a picture of what I received I told them that was absolutely ridiculous finally about a month later I received the second float which after four uses has fallen apart then Another order before I received the first order and they told me three weeks ago that it would be shipped on that Tuesday the 27th or 28 July I called them today on 13 August guess what they told me to be shipped next Tuesday on 18 August I asked them for a refund of my shipping nothing has been offered to me because of their inept business don’t ever order anything from these people their prices are cheaper but there’s a reason for it I guess you get what you pay for very poor service very poor customer service can’t believe a thing that they tell you

BUYER BEWARE!!! I ordered a large pool float ($70) which was advertised to ship the same day. The float did not ship until two weeks later. Upon receiving the pool float I noticed it was stained in several spots. I decided to fill it up anyway because stains don’t really affect the performance however there was a HUGE hole in the float causing it to deflate within 5 minutes. It all made sense..the stains, the taped box and the taped bag the float was wrapped in - this was a damaged returned item that Aqua Supercenter sent me. I contacted Aqua Supercenter several times asking to return this item for a refund since it was defective and they never responded. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE SPENDING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE. This business sells damaged items to consumers at normal retail prices and is also unresponsive once they have your money.

This business is a nightmare to deal with!!! I ordered products and it has taken two weeks just to have a tracking label created but even after a few day the products have not been shipped. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

UPDATE: called again today Jennie said they got 50 in and mine will be shipped next week!!! .....hopefully good news!!! Avoid online ordering feel I’ve gotten scammed. Ordered vacuum 5-12. They processed my payment. On 5-19 received email from Chris the owner apologizing but there’s an issue. He gave options. I replied back first thing and no reply. I sent another email no reply. Today I called. Spoke with a female. She said she will look into it and get back. Note to self: if it’s a super good deal on the web it’s probably too good to be legit!
