The product lead time was not made clear on your website. I mistakenly placed my order assuming it would only take a few days.

I purchased a home that has a luna tub. The suction area was cracked on the euroclicker, so the tub would not hold water. It would slowly drain and never fully fill.

I reached out to your customer service team, sent photos, told the person the exact month and year the tub was purchased.

I was advised to order a euro clicker, which I did. The clicker was sent and it was not the correct size. I called 5 times, emailed at least 5 times with not one person getting back to me. To ignore customers, when the error was on your end is horrible customer service.

I still do not have my updated clicker. It was a simple fix, that caused a silly level of frustration. They said it was shipped, and I hope this one arrives and works properly.

To begin, the Aquatica website is very well organized, and all the photos are very helpful to a customer trying to visualize how a particular tub might look like in their own home. Secondly, the few questions I had were answered almost immediately with online chat. And those answers to my questions were knowledgeable! Thirdly, when I wanted to speak to a person directly before placing my order, Goran called promptly. We discussed a few details, and I placed my order. Placing the order on their website was easy, and I received a confirmation that day. All very professional.

The particular tub we ordered was a special corner fit and worked great! It was shipped and delivered as scheduled and wife is happy.

I have been impressed with everything I have read about the product, but when I contacted the company with a simple technical clarification question I was not impressed at all. The sales representative was rude and dismissive of my concern. He had no suggestion about how to find an answer to my question and concluded our conversation by saying “good luck” in a facetious tone. I will not be doing business with this company.

Not impressed so far. I was told the sink I ordered for a client would ship in 2 days (which would have been yesterday). I tried chat with one of your customer service people, who tried to be helpful. He said someone in "fulfillment" would contact me in a few minutes with tracking info.
That also didn't happen. No news, so I call your company twice, and no one answered in customer service. I left a Voicemail message. Then I dialed again hoping to reach someone in 'fulfillment.' Once again sent directly to Voicemail.
That was about 6 hours ago, no reply.
I'm going out of town at the end of next week and don't want to have the shipment show up when I'm not here.
I have been a pro working in the field of Interior Architecture. I'm a repeat customer with companies that have great communication.
Hopefully someone from AquaticaUSA will contact me in a day or two with information about his order.

Sales help was exceptional, and promises to get back to me with requested info was prompt and accurate.

Amazing service by this company. I am in Scottsdale Arizona and had an issue with the tub that seemed to be a manufacturing issue. They sent two people out and re-manufactured the tub in my home. Came out amazing and we are very happy with the tub. Initially I thought we had broken the tub when we installed it. Everyone in the company continued to tell me everything would be worked out. They went above and beyond. Goran is actually from Portugal and the other gentleman was from Latvia where the tub was manufactured. Amazing job, helped with the install and did above and beyond what would've been expected. They came out on a Sunday as they flew in Sunday morning. They knew when the tub was manufactured and who had done the work on it. They were very interested in every detail. I would highly recommend this company.

Goran is always wonderful to deal with and I LOVE my new Aquatica Japanese soaking tub!

This bathtub is an absolute dream! Larger size is completely worth it. Can completely submerge and soak for hours!

Site said two to three days delivery - will take over two weeks. Lack of timely response from company on requests

Aquatic is a great company. We had a problem last year with an expensive version of a competitors tub. I used the Aquatica online chat to ask a few questions, and within minutes the President of Aquatica was on the phone with me. They sold me a nicely discounted replacement tub and helped me understand the issues that led to the failure of the Devon and Devin tub ( who blew me off entirely on a technicality -long story-and invited me to file a suit if I didn’t like it - that’s not really my style). I returned to Acquatica recently to buy a tub for our getaway cabin. The product is fantastic
(CORELLIA) but the service and personal touch are the real selling point here. This is an honest company with a great product. Couldn’t be more satisfied.

We placed a significant order yesterday for a tub, 2 vessel sinks and related products. Without the assistance of Goran over the last 3 months we would have chosen an alternative to your products. He helped through chats on your site and direct phone conversations, often late at night Goran’s time. His patience and product knowledge was and is exceptional. We can’t thank him enough.

Purchased a Baby Boomer 2 tub in 2020 and it was delivered in 2021. When I purchased the tub, it was in the design phase. Goran and Jared made sure I was informed of the changes along the way. I love the tub and the wait was well worth it. Goran and Jared have bent off backwards making sure everything was good and it all turned out great. Customer service is superior.

The Aquatica website is super informative and easy to use, Maria was great to work with, and I look forward to receiving my new Purescape 171 bathtub soon!
