I have been going back-and-forth with this company for delivery that I never received because someone on their side put the wrong information on the package. I have been to USPS received a phone number from the supervisor at USPS for them to call her to verify the information because she cannot give it to me. Is someone else’s address and name but they will not call her. They keep saying I need a letter of lost package. The package was not lost, but don’t they understand about that I keep telling them over and over again. The package was not lost now. I am about to send this information to Better Business Bureau and they do not have a corporate phone number. and they said that it was delivered but my information was not on it. I’ve contacted the customer service at Aquatic socks I have 12 emails from the department several times with no avail. No one can help me. They cannot give you a corporate phone number and they will not refer you to a manager or supervisor and I keep getting replies from the same people. I’m wondering if they are robots or AI they do not follow up on their packages like other people will send you a tracing number and tell you if it’s in delivery or not I did not want a refund. I just wanted my items replaced and they take too long to ship.!!! This has been since June 3, 2026 and today is July 30, 2026 and I still have not received my package If you need your items from this company, I’ll advise you to go to DSW and see if you can find something there or go into some store. Do not order from this company and I will find a higher rank of person to contact.

Do not purchase from this company. I wanted to return socks so I sent them an email to find out how to return items. They replied with the email below.
This email seems ligit but when I sent them the information that are asking for they replied with the same email. When I replied like a normal person would they sent me the same email again and again. I could see that I was not chatting with a real person or even AI. My return was not resolved and the 30 day return time limit has passed. I'm stuck with 6 pairs socks I cannot wear.
There were a total of 13 emails and no person ever took over and there was not even a chat bot to chat with about why I did not like the socks. Just the same email over and over. I thought that I satisfied their requirements but I guess I didn't.
