I’m not the typical customer you’d expect to walk into a surf shop, and I wasn’t there for surfing gear.

That said, the team at Aquatique Nowra treated me exactly how every customer should be treated — with respect, friendliness, and genuine help from start to finish.

The staff and management were welcoming, approachable, and professional. There was no judgment, no awkwardness, just good customer service done properly. They looked past appearances and focused on helping, which made the whole experience comfortable and positive.

It’s refreshing to walk into a store where you’re treated like a person first and a customer second. Based on service alone, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will happily return.
