Fitter sorted problem very quickly up and running again no mess

Harry came on time, was polite and sociable. Service done no problems.

Aquila just fitted our second AC unit, I have no complaints their engineers are excellent.

Having submitted a one star review I’ve redrafted the OP following what is clearly an honest apology. Whilst Aquila may have let me down it’s important in business to acknowledge when things go wrong, commit to putting it right and offer an apology. Aquila have done all these things so I can’t ask for any more. Thank you for taking the time to do so. We all make mistakes in life and things go wrong from time to time.

The new boiler was fitted in a timely an efficient manner.I had a complaint about how the old tanks and lagging had been left. I received a prompt response-and was offered a complimentary annual service by way of apology.
A practical and useful way of meeting mú concerns.

Great communication from Aquila regarding the teams arrival time and date. The 3 operatives turned up on time, were professional, polite, courteous and extremely tidy. Fantastic service from this department. Really pleased with the product. Would not hesitate to recommend the team for air conditioning installation.

The installation of two air con units was carried out to my complete satisfaction. Pete was the main installer and he was polite, professional and respectful of our home. The rest of the team were too, but Pete was the lead installer. Good communication from the company throughout the installation process. The initial quote was both professional and informative with all our questions being answered. I have no hesitation in recommending this company. Fair price for an excellent service.

Terrible customer service!!! SCAMMERS!!!! Called out for a problem, they came out to said problem, carried out work but was still having the same problem, they then came out again and said oh the first lot of work had nothing to do with your problem thats a separate issue!!!! Now want to charge me more money to solve my initial problem! Never communicated from the beginning, just keep adding charges on and expected to pay!!!!!

Awkward job to fix intermittent leak under the kitchen cupboards where the mains water comes in. Replaced mixed plastic and copper with all copper / brass fittings, all with kitchen cupboards in situ

The company look after their customers and are brilliant. They don’t try to sell something that is not needed. They are brilliant. Thankyou

Pete the engineer who fitted our new boiler his first job was to make his work area all covered over.he done a great job in fact you wouldn’t think he was in the house cleaned up after he Finnish.explained how the boiler worked great job.

I was so glad I choose Aquila for my replacement boiler a very competitive quote.From John’s visit to booking the job and the installation the engineer John arrived at the time given and started work immediately.All the way through he kept me informed and when the job was finished the whole area was let clean.Thank you John great job I would recommend Aquila no problem.Mick Forshaw

From initial consultation to installation the service was friendly and efficient, all rubbish was removed and site left clean and tidy and the price was on a par with other quotes, a good job well done BOB
