Sinds ik reuma heb en dikwijls ontstoken voeten is het enigste merk schoenen wat ik kan dragen Ara's. Met leuke korting schoenen besteld bij Ara makkelijk besteld snel geleverd. Ben er heel blij mee.

I bought a pair of Ara trainers from the Ara-shoes.com website. One shoe was faulty. I wanted an exchange and called their UK telephone number. I was told to send an email with photos of the faulty shoe. 4 days later I called again as I had not received a reply to my email. I was told to re send my email as perhaps the photos were preventing the email from being received. I called another 3 times and sent 7 emails that day some with photos some without & some with only links to the photos & also including replies to the email they sent me.Still Ara claimed that they hadn’t received any email from me.I included a printed written complaint with the email and photos I had previously sent in the package when I returned the shoes, saying that I expected a full refund without deduction of postage costs as the shoes were faulty. I have now received an email that the £10 return postage costs will be deducted and the delivery postage to me will not be refunded. DO NOT USE THE ARA-SHOES.COM website to purchase Ara shoes.

I bought men's Ara dress shoes, and the soles cracked within months of wearing them. I took them back and my local Benjamin Lovell store kindly replaced them. Same thing happened with the second pair. A shame really, because they look nice and are comfortable but they are poorly made.

I ordered a shoe from this company at 26th September 2025. They cancelled my order without a reason and didn’t pay my money (88 £) back. My order number is 1215269. Too bad experience.. If they won’t pay my money back, I gonna think to sue them.

I have purchased quite a few pairs of these shoes and they are of good quality and style. The leather is high quality and they are comfortable. But, buyer beware. It's obvious that they are cost-cutting. These shoes are expensive in Australia. I just paid AUD$350 for a pair of ankle boots. The lining is not natural, but some processed "bamboo". But the reason I won't purchase again is that they are made in South-East Asia. For $350? I won't be fooled again. I can get really nice shoes/boots for half that price if I want them made in Asia. Another pair of sandals were made in India. Never again. The last pair of boots I bought were at least made in Europe, which justifies the price-tag.

Die Herren Sandalen meines Mannes waren sehr wenig getragen, und der Kauf schon einge Zeit her, hatte auch keine Rechnung mehr. Problem: die rechten Schuhsohle löste sich auf. Per Email schickte ich Fotos davon an Ara schuhe. Am nächsten Tag bekam ich Antwort! Aus Kulanz bekommen wir Ersatzmodell! Dass nennt man Kundenservice, vielen Dank, ich bin weiterhin Ara Kundin.

Ich habe ein Paar Sandalen von Ara gekauft. Bereits nach drei Tagen, bei jeweils nur etwa 30 Minuten Spaziergang, sind sie kaputt gegangen. Daraufhin habe ich mich an den Kundenservice gewandt, alle erforderlichen Fotos und Unterlagen eingereicht und um eine faire Lösung gebeten. Die Rückmeldung war jedoch enttäuschend: Man verweist auf die Nutzungsbedingungen und erkennt den Materialfehler nicht an. Ich bin äußerst enttäuscht – ein Paar Sandalen, das fast 80 Euro kostet, darf solche Mängel nicht aufweisen. Ich kann Ara-Schuhe nicht empfehlen und werde definitiv nichts mehr von dieser Marke kaufen.

Seit Jahren trage ich ara Snaeker und war sehr zufrieden. Jetzt habe ich mir zwei verschiedene Modelle gekauft und diese zurück gesendet. Die Reißverschlüsse waren kürzer bzw. von schlechterer Qualität und konnten somit im angezogen Zustand nicht geschlossen werden (zuviel Spannung auch bei gelöstem Schnürsenkel).

I bought a pair of Ara boots while on holidays in France last September, and I loved them so much my husband bought me a second pair for my birthday later in the year . They started off feeling very comfortable but with both pairs the sole under the left heel cracked and split making them completely unwearable. Very disappointing considering the price paid for them.

Bought shoes for Christmas for my daughter and they were too big. My German is rusty and I tried communicating several times by Google Translate by mail. I was guided through and ended up receiving my money, placed a new order and received the right size. The shoes are a good quality for a good prize. And the help I got was more than I expected.
I give my best recommendations.

Im Oktober habe ich im Ara Online Shop Schnürschuhe gekauft. Habe die Schuhe kaum getragen sollten für meine Reha sein. Leider sind an einem Schuh die Nippel vom Senkel abgefallen.Ara schrieb mir die Senkel wären ein Verschleißprodukt ( Schuhe wurden im Oktober 24 gekauft) Ara bot mir 10€ an damit könnte ich im Geschäft oder Online neue Senkel kaufen.Online finde ich die Senkel nicht. Da ich Gehbehindert bin kann ich auch nicht durch die Geschäfte laufen. Also sind die Schuhe für mich Wertlos und ich kann sie entsorgen.Ob wohl alle Senkel die von Ara geliefert werden schon nach 4 Monaten kaputt sind.? Ich habe Ara nochmals aufgefordert die Schuhe zurück zu nehmen oder mir neue Senkel zu schicken ?????? Auch nach der dritten Mail sagt Ara die Senkel sind ein Verschleißartikel und dürfen wohl nach 4 Monaten schon kaputte gehen. Ich könnte ja mit einem die Senkel etwas abschneiden und mit einem Feuerzeug zum schmelzen bringen.Alles aber nur mit meiner Verantwortung. Nur haben die Senkel dann verschiedene Längen. Werde die Verbraucherzentrale informieren und mit meinem Anwalt sprechen Solchen Machenschaften muß ein Riegel vorgeschoben werden..Jahrzente kaufe ich Schuhe von Ara.Nun den das wars.

Der neue Ara- Schuh hat sich aufgelöst.Die Sohle ist in viele Teile zerfallen.Bin sehr froh, daß ich heil und ohne Sturz heimgekommen bin.Nie wieder Ära Schuhe.Das ist teuer und mehr als minderwertig

Der Kundenservice bei ara ist hervorragend. Deswegen die 4 Sterne .
Wegen der schlechten Qualität gebe ich keine 5 Sterne.
Die Sohlen haben sich nach ca. 1,5 Jahren aufgelöst , sowas habe ich noch nicht mal bei Billigschuhen erlebt.
Wer weiß , wo diese Schuhe hergestellt werden und mit welchen Billigmaterial, die sind das Geld nicht wert . Es ist schade , weil vor allem , weil ich auf Schuhe , bei denen ich meine Einlagen reinlegen kann , darauf angewiesen bin .
Ich hoffe , die Geschäftsleitung nimmt diese Bewertungen ernst und ändert was an der Herstellung .

Wie kann es sein, das sich die Sohlen meiner teuren ARA-Winterschuhe nach einiger Zeit komplett auflösen? Leider kann man keine Fotos hochladen. Schade. Qualität geht anders.

Ich habe jahrelang Ara Schuhe gehabt, kommt für mich nicht mehr in Frage! Das ist jetzt das zweite Paar innerhalb eines Jahres wo sich die Schuhsohlen komplett ablösen! Bei knapp 145 € je Paar hört bei mir der Spaß auf!

I bought a pair of sandles with cork soles in 2022 and after 3 months the soles had cracked - ARA kindley sent a new pair - now after 1 year both sandles sole are split :( these sandles are not inexpensive and should last at least a year - I really like the shoes and they are very comfortable but very expensive if you have to replace twice a year due to sole cracking.

Die Pantoletten sind im 13. Monat nach wenigem Tragen gerissen. Bei dem Preis ein Unding. Garantie geht 12 Monate, also bleibe ich auf den kaputten Schuhen sitzen.

Update: Nach über einem Jahr reagiert ARA auf meine Bewertung. Was soll man da noch drauf antworten?

Returns method for UK customers is flawed. Please either provide necessary label and customs form in box or a QR code if emailing them so that they can be printed at the post office and not just rely on customers printing at home. It’s not possible.
