So efficient and professional in all aspects of the call, and have quoted a cheaper but more comprehensive policy so I highly recommend anyone to contact them for an excellent service.

the representative was very helpful. She pointed out an issue which I had not realised and which could have caused some difficulties. She went through the policy carefully and explained to me the reasoning behind all the questions. I was impressed with her knowledge.

Made payment over the phone. Person who attended me (Catherine) explained payment process, recording procedure and when she turned off the recording to take my payment details. She was thorough, fast, friendly and efficient

Well here’s the thing about me, I have to deal with someone who cares about what I need when it comes to insurance and having it done 100% to my setup and I can safely say that dealing with Jemma and her colleagues fits the bill.
