I rang about renewal and had a query about the quote I'd received. Hazel (Tynan) had a look at it for me, and ensured I got the best rate possible. She was extremely helpful, polite and easy to deal with. I came away very happy with the interaction we had, excellent customer service.

Hazel Tynan, who dealt with my query was most helpful and greeted me in a very friendly manner. She immediately put me at ease in relation to an issue I had, with my motor insurance renewal. She dealt with me efficiently, courteously and in a very professional manner.

Hazel was so friendly to deal with. Very positive experience. She was so kind and helpful through out. We lost connection and she politely rang me back to complete my renewal.
