My husband bought these for me almost two months ago. The product says it went through customs but has been stuck in one place for three weeks. You can’t track it because it doesn’t convert to US tracking after it arrives. Also tried reaching out and no one gets back to my husband. No idea if it works, at this point I’m very disappointed in the entire process.

Where do I start? First of all, this product is not made in the USA. I know because when I do the tracking of my package, it has to go through customs.
Secondly, the times that I purchased the product, I chose the offer that provided free shipping. When I confirmed my order, it was at the price offered on the website. However, when I got my PayPal email with the amount charged, the company had charged additional fees for shipping and handling.
Third, the patch looks nothing like what is advertised on the website. As opposed to a large round patch, the patches I received were small square patches.
Fourth, good luck at trying to communicate with them. You can’t get through on the phone number they advertise, so you have to leave a message and they say they will get back with you. NOT! If you try to communicate with them via email, they keep giving you the runaround to provide more information, this that and the next.
Lastly, they must have the best photoshopping around as I have been using the patch for two weeks now and see no results whatsoever.
Save your money and do not order this product.
