We had an absolutely amazing week of ski touring in the Kaçkar mountains (and close by to Erzurum one day) thanks to the great Ararat Trip crew. Their profesionality in the terrain made us feel safe and extremely well guided. Off the mountains we also got an amazing service and got to feel the Turkish hospitality first hand.

Ararat Trip hat für mich einen Bergführer für vier Tage Skitourengehen in den Kaçkar Bergen organisierst. Die Betreuung war super. Sie haben für mich ein Hotel reserviert und mich direkt vom Flughafen abgeholt. Der Bergführer war sehr erfahren und freundlich. Seine Tourenplanung war hervorragend. Ich habe mich die ganze Zeit mit ihm sehr sicher gefühlt. Die Skitouren waren wunderschön. Wir hatten viel Schnee, perfekten Powder und völlig unverspurtes Gelände. Solche Bedingungen habe ich den Alpen schon lange nicht mehr erlebt. Die Kaçkar Berge sind ein echter Geheimtipp für Tourengeher! Es ist ein unvergessliches Erlebnis!

A truly recommendable local agency to climb Ararat for two people (mountaineering bases).
Ararat Trip, well integrated into the heart of the charming town of Doğubayazıt, responded to our project with several options. We chose to be in a group, which was a very good choice as it allowed us to meet a variety of people. A big thank you to the whole team who worked hard to offer the best experience in every way (safety, comfort, equipment hire (it is also possible to buy great mountain equipment in the shop near the agency), cuisine, flexibility, attentiveness, culture, organisation of extras, logistics, etc.). The option of arriving/departing from Van seemed like a good choice in the end, with an extra day in Van on the way back to stroll around this city with a lot of soul and no tourists.

Our trip to Ararat was a unique experience that will remain in our memories for a long time. We spent time in an extremely inspiring and friendly atmosphere, and the comprehensive organization of the trip deserves the highest praise. The guides demonstrated professionalism, care, and vast knowledge, thanks to which we felt safe and adequately supported throughout the trip. The atmosphere at the base camp was warm and friendly, which made every day spent in the mountains a real pleasure. We would like to express our sincere thanks for this unforgettable adventure and we wholeheartedly recommend the organizer to all mountain lovers.

I had an incredible experience climbing Mount Ararat and the other two mountains with Ararat Trip. Agnieszka and her team looked after us from the very first moment — they even took us out for dinner on the first night and kindly paid for the meal!

They helped us hire equipment, gave us great advice on the best local deals, and made sure we were fully prepared for the climb. Our group was small but strong, and we always had two experienced mountain guides looking after us, making sure we were safe and comfortable.

Agnieszka’s husband added so much fun and motivation with his great sense of humour, which really helped during the tougher parts of the climb.

Everything about the trip was perfect — from the organisation, safety, and food to the extra day tours. I can’t recommend Ararat Trip highly enough — they truly made this a once-in-a-lifetime adventure!

Had a wonderful experience on Mount Ararat. The weather was pretty bad but Akus and everybody at Ararat Trip did their best to make us feel comfortable and to enjoy the climb. They’re pros. Definitely recommend it !

Excellent service! My friend and I had an unforgettable experience climbing Mount Ararat in August 2025. The coordination was flawless, everything went exactly as planned, with one night at Camp 1 and another at Camp 2. We were lucky to have perfect weather, which made the whole ascent even more memorable. The climb itself is non-technical, and it was great to organize a small group of just two people for more flexibility. Highly recommended!

I was a part of expedition to Ararat, all service was perfect, Owners are super nice, I had a very good time with them!

I had run the circuit of volcanoes (Nemrut, Suphan and Ararat), together with Ararat Trip, in 2024 and 2025. All services provided by the company were outstanding, at the highest professional level. Great planning and communication, sorting carefully all admin matters, providing very good accommodation, food, and safety for all members of the team - everything has been properly done by Agnieszka, Safet, and their fabulous team. I highly recommend them to anyone interested to travel in that area.

Excellent organization. I felt so much care, attention, and support. During the trek, the guides did everything they could to ensure we felt calm, confident, and completely satisfied. The hospitality downstairs and the care for everything upstairs gave me an unforgettable experience, many warm memories, and a desire to return again.

Very good experience, well planed and organized

I was a part of expedition organized by yhis company and I can recommend it 100%. Everything was as planned, great your guides, clean camps, electricity, hot water, a lot of food during all of the days! Couldn't expect more than that!

I joined an Ararat trekking tour with Ararat Trip, and honestly, best decision ever. Before booking, I bombarded poor Agneshka (the owner) with approximately 1 billion questions. She never got tired of answering and always gave me super detailed replies. By the time I landed at Iğdır Airport, I was already half in love with the company. A staff member picked me up right at the door and took me straight to the hotel.

That’s where I met Agneshka and her husband Saffet—two of the warmest, kindest people you’ll ever come across. In just a few hours, it felt like we’d been friends for years. They gave me so much confidence even before we started climbing the mountain (and trust me, I needed it!).

I chose the 7-day program for acclimatization (fancy word for “not dying at altitude”), and wow, what a ride. My group had this amazing, almost magical energy—every moment was full of laughter, stories, and good vibes. Of course, none of this would’ve been possible without our incredible guides, Miraç and Capo. These two legends not only answered every silly question I threw at them (“Do we get Wi-Fi at the summit?”—don’t judge me), but also taught me so much along the way. Huge thanks as well to the entire support team who carried our bags, cooked delicious meals, and basically made us feel like mountain royalty.

If you’re hesitating, wondering “Should I really go with Ararat Trip?”—my answer is: stop overthinking. I checked other companies in detail, and nothing even comes close. Just send them a WhatsApp message, and they’ll do their absolute best to help you out.

At the end, I didn’t just reach the summit—I gained lifelong friends. And hey, when you’re in the area, don’t forget to stop by the outdoor store and grab some magnets for yourself and your loved ones (because nothing says “I conquered Ararat” like a fridge souvenir).

Climbing Mount Ararat was one of the most extraordinary experiences of our lives. We love mountains, but this one exceeded every expectation. From the very first moment, we felt at ease: everything was impeccably organized, safe, and deeply respectful.

Choosing to climb with Ararat Trip was without a doubt the best choice we made. From the first contact, Agnieszka made everything seamless and reassuring, answering all messages with detail and care, and very fast. Once on the mountain we felt completely cared for. Our guide, Mustafá, was simply extraordinary, setting the perfect pace, keeping us safe, and even capturing magical summit photos. It was clear that Mustafá was one of the best trained guides on Ararat. In addition to Mustafá, the camp staff made us feel completely at home with warm hospitality and great food.

We left not just with the joy of reaching the top, but with deep gratitude for the people who made the journey so meaningful. Wholeheartedly recommended.

The trip was very well organised and planned, Agnieszka was super helpful and flexible, rest of the crew was also super kind and professional. The standards were very comfortable, we even had showers and toilets at the base camp. Had an amazing time and I definitely recommend!

As someone who had never experienced a hiking trip like this, especially at high altitudes, I was a bit worried initially. However, the crew from this company made it an incredibly special and comfortable experience. There wasn't a single negative aspect of our trip. Every step of the journey was well planned in advance, and we had access to all the necessary information, support, and additional equipment right on the spot.

The campsites were also amazing. At Camp 1, we even had the option of taking a warm shower, which was a surprise! Camp 2 is positioned slightly higher than the other camps, offering beautiful views and a better starting point for the summit day. Throughout the trip, we felt safe, which I could tell was their number one priority. This assurance gave us a better peace of mind while hiking at such high altitudes. A large portion of that goes to the guides of this company, that were the best you could possibly wish for—professionals 10/10, very knowledgeable and kind!

All started, as professional communication with proper english, unlike some other agencies. This convinced us, to worth paying little higher price. For now I’m sure is was the good decision.
Organisation is perfect, super helpful crew. I prepered some snack for refuel my energy during the day. Apparently we got so much food and snack that I did not open any from my own. The cooks made sure that we always had (more than) enough to eat, on the top of that they were super kind.
Our guides are perfectly prepared and knew exactly how to find the suitable pace for the grouop. If problems occured we always could rely on them.
After the summit, they organised a little touristic trip around with their own tour guide who gave us interesting infos about the attractions.
Honestly I knew it would be a great experience but thanks to their professional attitude, with good people it became a lifetime memory!
