I'm an 80s/90s gamer and I see in this team the definitive curators for my games collection. I've had an account for a couple of years now and I'm happy to see the project growing.

Ero molto interessato ai prodotti di Arcadesystems, spinto dalla nostalgia e dalla passione per il retrogaming. Dopo aver visto un pacchetto che prometteva buone prestazioni per un dispositivo gaming portatile, ho deciso di acquistarlo.

Purtroppo, è stata una grande delusione: il prodotto non funziona affatto. Ho subito contattato l'assistenza per ricevere supporto, ma le uniche indicazioni ricevute erano generiche e già provate da me – ovviamente senza alcun risultato. Ho chiarito più volte che il dispositivo non funzionava nemmeno seguendo le loro istruzioni, ma non ho mai ricevuto una risposta concreta, né tantomeno una soluzione.

Dopo vari tentativi e diverse email ignorate, ho capito che i miei soldi erano semplicemente buttati. Nessun rimborso, nessun supporto, nessuna attenzione al cliente.

Un'esperienza estremamente negativa, caratterizzata da scarsa serietà e totale assenza di comunicazione. Non comprerò mai più da loro e sconsiglio vivamente qualsiasi acquisto a chiunque stia pensando di farlo.

I would just like to say I’m a 46 year-old male from the tri-state area so I’ve been around lot of people that try to scam the hell out of you, especially in New York especiallyand these are some truly honest / just giving back to the community with data as information should always be free / so much appreciated and thank you very much for being just good people. (Very good business here)

The hard drive you sent was loaded with viruses , I stopped scanning after 11 were contained and certain files were password blocked , 2tb teknoparrot build . Trojans worms and system nukes …

Personally for me this is gamers heaven only stumbled on by a related video regarding teknoparrot which previously I didn't know existed!.
The time and effort these guys have done to make this possible for the likes of us fans is remarkable.
The service has continued after perchance with help and expert advice.
I do recommend a little knowledge regarding emulators and how they work and you certainly won't be disappointed.
Hopefully would love to upgrade one day to there full package this team offers. Endless fun and plenty of pound coins left in my pocket!!.

There support don't get back to you and there download links are pathetic, 125kb/s on a 2tb download

I bought 1tb disc image, the torrent file had so less S/L that after trying multiple times I couldn’t download the file, I have sent an email regarding the same but never received any response. Paying for it was one of my biggest mistake.

Nothing wrong with the service, i have slow internet connection and it's still downloading very slowly. I will be upgrading my internet to fiber here soon and will re due my download and see if it improves. Overall i can't wait to get it completely downloaded and play all the old retro games

Great product, great service, would use again

Had item for a few weeks, sent numerous emails begging for help. None given. Now sent my item back for a refund, which was agreed. Returned item 10 days ago, never acknowledged that they had recieved it which it states would do on website, still no refund sent, and even though again I've sent numerous emails asking for this.

Good Discord community, quick responses from support. Very pleased with the content. VIP content and service is exactly as described. Server speeds are tolerable but always improving.

As long as you know how to read instructions and are sure what you're purchasing, ArcadeSystems has been a consistent experience.

I purchased the 12TB Drive of HyperSpin but struggled setting it up but had great customer support, help and guidance, and they recommended I return it and got a free upgrade to the 20TB Retrobat drive which is easier to set up, plug and play. Works well with new Xbox controller. Great support and great gaming system... I can see myself having hours of fun... Highly recommended...

The whole shopping online to find out how many great products and options they have was amazing.

I was like a kid in a candy store. From fully loaded HDD drives to Download versions.

I've used many builds in the past. Arcade Systems had exactly what I was looking for.

I thought the download and setup process would be a problem, but is was a seamless and simple process as followed by the clear instructions videos and guidelines.

I was having a great time yesterday trawling through what appeared to be all the games that I wanted in a build.

There is another dowload build im after from you, so I'll get in touch...

download for 2tb TeknoParrot build 2 1/2 weeks. then 60% games corrupted for 14 errors that would not download.
2nd purchase first didnt complete either. 2tb batocera build.
Scott has been my contact person. Why doesnt he contact me with instructions. In quicker than 4 days for the briefest answer. Or I'll put in refunds thru paypal. Bunch of rip offs.
Update Batocera build complete not completely functional. Teknoparrot build still given the run around. Step it up Scott. Push my build through. So I can remove this and let others experience their OWN HORROR!
