Preso per hyperspin 16tb, tutto come da descrizione, sono velocissimi e hanno anche un canale discord dove si possono scambiare impostazione, problemi e quant'altro. Se hai un problem puoi contattare loro tramite email dal loro sito o tramite discord. Super

Very good product, contact the company as I wanted to purchase more at the discount price that is still advertised on the website but told the offer has finished but 2 weeks on and no change to website

Took forever to download the transfer of the files to the hardrive the game ran off a old version of launchbox that was not compatible with the updated version of launchbox. Lots of the emulators were outdated and non functional. Files were not seperated from roms such as bios, snaps, and images which were incomplete. Roms were labeled or misspelt wrong. Sloppy presentation altogether and for any noob would definitely not be user friendly out of the box. So like a car I scrapped it and used it for its parts.

I can't recommend Arcade Systems enough! I recently bought one of their pre-configured hard drives, and it has completely exceeded my expectations. Everything was plug-and-play, no complicated setup—just straight into gaming. The selection of games is absolutely massive, covering everything from old-school classics to more obscure titles I hadn't played in years.

Customer service was top-notch too. I had a small issue getting something to run (totally my own fault), and they responded quickly and helped me sort it out without any hassle. It’s rare to find a company that actually cares about making sure their customers are happy, but these guys do.

If you’re into retro gaming and want a hassle-free way to play thousands of games, this is the place to go. I’ll definitely be coming back for more in the future!

Amazing product, I just wish there were instructions on how to set up multiple controllers to play multiplayer games.

Got a 18tb Batocera pre config drive and it works absolutely flawlessly .. every single emulator just works and is pretty much 99% configured ... im serious you dont need to do anything but boot into it....i have not had 1 bad game file so far.. plug a controller and you are on your way!.. or use a keyboard and mouse with some games if thats your jam...or a racing wheel!...maybe you like a light gun experience? Ive used a wii remote and it works as intended so thats pretty much done to...its a fairly clean wheel setup to not much fluff in the main wheel ...im not very tech savy and even i could use this drive..i like the intros...music..themes..all of it...alot of work went inot all of these drives and it really does show on the user end....if you ever have a question do not be scared to send Scott a message i cant sing enough praises really

I've been waiting 2 months, no response from anyone. If your importing this to US don't bother it'll probably get lost n no one on usps or Arcade will address it. If it ever actually arrives n I can edit the review maybe I'll bump it up but for now, bad. EDIT!! They have reached out to Me and said they would send a replacement. If all goes well I'll adjust this review accordingly. But they did reach out.
EDIT PART 3- the product arrived randomly. It's solid, after all the wait it's pretty good, tooons of games n hard to test em all. My favorite one I was looking forward too, Gun on GameCube, was unfortunately bugged n unplayable but other worked fine! What I tried at least. I'd recommend just based on sheer game amount but be weary of how long it could take.

Recently I made my first purchase from Arcade Systems and the experience has been excellent!

Due to my inexperience I had some early on questions trying to find the right fit and the response time was great, the feedback and suggestions were as well.

I had a pretty firm idea of what I wanted, and I knew it was common enough to be in my purchase, I thought it would be cool to see what was out when I was a kid. I had no clue how extensive that thought would be!

The files were very well sorted, I didn’t see duplicates and there wasn't any throw away things in there just to pad the numbers. A lot of time and effort went into this collection. This was put together by an enthusiast who enjoys retro.

I wholeheartedly would (and have to friends) recommend Arcade Systems

Ho acquistato a luglio 2024 un hd 12 tb con Hyperspin, l'ho ricevuto a inixio settembre, purtroppo non ha mai funzionato, ho chiesto il supporto da remoto ma non mi hanno risposto, mi hanno dato sporadicamente delle istruzioni ma non hanno funzionato, stufo di questa situazione l'ho rispedito indietro spendendo 46 euro, pacco assicurato. Il signor Scott del servizio clienti mi ha proposto un hd 20 tb con retrobat o il rimborso, ho scelto la prima opzione ma è passato un mese non ho ricevuto nulla e il signor Scott mi ha risposto una sola volta dicendo che ha spedito il pacco ma non mi ha inviato nessun codice di spedizione. Ho speso circa 500 euro tra acquisto spese doganali e spese di spedizione ma dopo 6 mesi non ho avuto nulla in cambio. E il signor Scott del servizio clienti non mi risponde più alle email

Couldn't be happier. The download I purchased from them isn't complete with every ROM but it's pretty close and saved me tons of time rather than curating then myself. 10/10 would do it again. If I move from Retrobat to Batocera I may end up puchasing again just to save from having to customize all the folders myself for boxart and manuals.

Just would like to take time out to say how good these people are. There products are by far the best on the market, secondly the main reason is there aftercare with there customers. I had an issue and the guys resolved my issue within an hour nothing to much for them brilliant service and great support keep up the good work. Highly recommend
