I feel sad I read these reviews about arcade writers a little too late. I have been scammed 50/= activation, 250/= for bids and 1000/= for training which took 5 days ,,watching 2 videos per day totaling to 10. I was then told to check on my emails for prompts for new tasks which never came. I wrote to support team for months and no reply ever came. Going through the reviews confirmed my fears, I wish I read these before commiting my time, energy and money.

I would say these are smart con people. They collect money for registration, even after submitting the work, they do not respond. They have an American phone contact (+1 215 5558403) on their website which nobody responds to. They should be ignored with the contempt they deserve.

This is a scam and a sophisticated one at that. You will be asked to pay a 50KES activation fee and you will get tasks immediately. No access to the editors and no feedback. You will do several jobs and once you get to the withdrawal limit of 10000 KES you will be locked out of tasks and asked to pay a training fee of 1000KES. I wonder how many people have fallen for this scam myself included. Don't be fooled by the nice UI

I was halfway approaching the minimum withdrawal amount before coming across the reviews from other writers in this platform. This is after the 50/= initiation and 250/= for the 20 bids. What struck me as odd was, I severally made efforts to communicate to them regarding the quality of my submissions through email and the numerous numbers they text you with......I got no feedback. I missed a deadline once with no consequences and upon submission the amount reflected instantaneously, I told myself they probably had quality assurance staff but little did I know, its the emotion they were selling. I feel sad for other numerous writers committing their efforts to this fraudulence. If only reviews were enough to remove a website from the internet🙅‍♂️🤦‍♂️. WRITER BEWARE!!

They were originally known as Kenya writers.com before they changed their name to arcade writers.com because they were known as scammers now they had to change their name

After I almost get to the 10000 minimum, you start prompting me to pay for training for 1000. And I'm okay with that. However, why not prompt me to withdraw that amount from my wallet to cover the training?That'll help with your legitimacy, issues. Also, I can see that I will be denied tasks even after paying that amount from other reviewers. You have all the markings of a scammer's scheme.

I have not had any jobs with the company, but was intending to apply. However after reading the reviews, I have noted that their rating is low and are a scam. They give a minimum amount to qualify to be paid, and have exgorbitant charges

Arcade writers is so far the most legit writing platform. I have been working for them for the last 2 months and the experience has been great. One issue I noticed is their tasks are mostly technical. They should post non-technicals too which are kinda easier to work on.

Following their predecessors template. It's getting old, reviews are a thing. From my experience never give money to a job or investment platform that is less than 5 years old, that doesn't allow members to communicate with each other (most times it's just admin) and no proper record(evidence) of what they do. Why try to proove yourself when they dont reciprocate? Especially when your money is involved. Do what banks do, even if it's 1 bob. You are literally lending your money to get a job! Then you see dust and due lack proper documentation all you can do is write a review.

I wish I had read these reviews before joining that company. You pay up to KES 1300 then you get no tasks. You try to follow up, but they go radio silence. Never invest your money with this company you'll lose it all.

Fac them there are all scum they are only after people's money

The website is a scam. They asking a writer to pay for training (1000bob) after completing 9 orders. Do not fall on the trap. They provide simple tasks. They do not even assess your potential to be a writer.
It is a fact that they often ask money first to get bids, then 250 bob to buy more bids and then 1000 bob for training. Why ask people to pay for training after completing 8 to 9 orders? They never tested my potential to write right from the start. I have worked online for almost a decade now. All companies have subjected me to structured test for grammar, qualifications and even submitted samples for my work. Also, Arcade never replied to my messages. In short, Arcade writer is a total scam.
