anniversary gift

Gifted the watch for my husband for our 1st year anniversary and he loved it so much! He was in tears when he saw my handwriting on the back of the watch. I'm happy about this purchase

Fantastic Customer Service

I ordered the wrong strap size by mistake and asked if I could make an exchange. Architect watches sent a replacement straight away without the need for me to return the other strap.(I was quite happy to do so) Fantastic service. Thank you

Watch does not work. Battery dead or other malfunction. Very bad show.

We offered you a replacement or a full refund on the same day you emailed us, and we’re always happy to resolve issues immediately.
