We are a small, independent surveying company, specialising in Land Registry compliant Lease Plans & Title Plans, Domestic & Non-Domestic EPCs and other scale drawings. Based in North London and with 20 years experience, we cover the whole of London and the Home Counties. Being a small company, Arc Surveys are straight forward to deal with. Low overheads mean we are able to price our services competitively and our turnaround times are quicker than many of our competitors. Besides producing EPCs and Land Registry compliant Lease Plans & Title Plans, we can also provide HMO / Selective Licence plans and marketing plans.
