I’ve had a great experience selling my house with Arden Worcester. They were so thorough, always kept me informed, and were just a lovely bunch! Every person I spoke to was helpful and made the whole process so much easier. Highly recommend!

My partner and I bought our first house through Arden Estate Agent and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Mille and Leanne are so friendly, supportive and knowledgeable, which made buying our first home manageable and stress-free. Nothing short of perfection throughout the entire selling and buying process.
From the initial conversation with Tim, who is truly a master in his field - a true professional. He addressed all questions I threw his way and overall just made me feel very calm, relaxed and well informed in what can easily be a stressful period. No hard sell, just honest advice backed up with relevant facts and figures.

Most of my viewings were done by Nina who was just a joy to deal with who not only put me at ease but also the people viewing my house.

I'm also extremely grateful for the ongoing help from Halinka afterwards. My solicitors were useless (HCB), but Halinka kept me well informed throughout and made the process that bit smoother. I had a potentially awkward case where my purchase had a risk of probate and the advice from Halinka regarding this was invaluable.

I have no plans on moving now that I'm in my forever home, but if I did, I'd use Ardens in a heartbeat!

So we’re in the middle of a sale/purchase but I wanted to describe the amazing service received by Millie and the team at Arden. It’s been truly world class.

I recently spoke to the team at Worcester about our desire to move from south Birmingham and from the very beginning, Millie and the team took an interest in me and even remembered me when I called up a couple of times for some updates.

The opportunity came up while we were in Greece and even though we were abroad, we reached out to Millie, who took our interest seriously. Talking to the vendors and arranging for a virtual tour of the house. That was amazing.

Once we got back from our holiday, we were shown the house in person and placed an offer.

What stood out for me was the fact that Arden as a whole worked tirelessly to get us our house but also to treat us as a priority and arranged for our house to be sold in record time. All whilst negotiating with the vendors in Worcester. Millie kept me up to date, called and arranged for each step and her team were there with me each and every step.

I would highly recommend Millie and her team for exceptional customer service and friendly service which is hard to come by.

Great service from the team from start to finish. They are very responsive to emails and phone calls and proactive at keeping us updated during the various stage's. We had plenty of viewings and a realistic valuation which enabled us to sell in 5 weeks. They have a good team of recommended experts for mortgage broking, property surveys and conveyancing , all of whom we enlisted for a smooth sale. I would recommend them to others and use again.

I would highly recommend you using Arden Bromsgrove. The service has been outstanding from start to finish. All of the team are really friendly and suportive and always avaliable.
The pictures taken were of high quality and helped with the sale of the house.

Arden (Worcester), highly recommended, put mums house on the market and must say was very impressed with the service received from listing to completion. The whole team were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Lara got things moving and hurried the sale along, and keep me updated on all the viewing. Leanne then picked up to completion, all in all a very good team, thanks to you all.

As a first time buyer was told that moving house was going to be really stressful. The Arden estates team Rubery however, were really helpful and patient with me through the whole process and were always happy to take my call and answer any of my MANY questions that I had. They made sure to keep me updated at all times through the process and never left me In the dark.

Gracie in particular was amazing as she was there for my viewing of the property and managed to answer almost all my questions. She was very genuine and didn’t try to hide the place’s imperfection. She also contacted me after the viewing with any of the questions I asked that she could not provide answers for at the time.

The team at Arden Barnt Green couldn’t have been more helpful with the sale of our house and the move. Thanks particularly to Lesley for her humour and level-headedness when things got stressful (as they always do in a move!) Queries were always dealt with quickly and responses were immediate. Definitely recommend!
