I would most definitely recommend Leanne Fletcher and all the team at the Worcester office. They made our dream come true by helping us purchase a cottage. Professional, extremely dedicated and just an amazing group. Always proactive to solve issues. Always contactable by phone. Great at keeping you informed by email. We will be eternally grateful for all their hard work. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed.

Lauren was so lovely when showing us around and was very helpful. We sold our property with Arden Rubery office and also purchased a new home through them. Whoever said that moving home was stressful need to use Arden in future. Romily was fantastic honest and really understood the market in our area. Gracie marketed our property and did an amazing job, Amy chased everything up for us and kept us well informed the whole team were just brilliant I can't recommend them enough. If we decide to move again Arden will be the first agent I go to. Thank you so much all of you for really taking the stress out of the whole process :)

Great professional company to deal with, from the marketing to the handover Amy kept us informed and chased everything up every step of the way making the whole process pretty much stress free.

All of the staff we have dealt with at the Worcester office from valuation to completion have been fantastic. They’ve supported, propped up, resolved issues and generally got us through the whole journey. Special mention has to go to Dominique, Milly and Leanne who have been professional and committed to us as sellers - we can wholeheartedly recommend Arden Estate agents!

Leanne at ARDEN and been brilliant in fact she has been the only person who has been efficient in this whole process! The solicitors were slow and not responsive, but Leanne always kept us up to-date. Leanne had to contact the solicitors on both sides to get the sale through, if everyone had worked as hard as she did then the sale would have gone through months ago, it has been a long process and I was very pleased we had Leanne to help us a long the way.

Peter, Amy and the entire team from Arden Estates were nice and supportive throughout the process, from the very first viewing until completion. Highly recommended.

Lisa from Arden Worcester is such a likeable, friendly estate agent. I've viewed a few properties with Lisa and she has some great ideas, with lots of positive spins. I've put an offer in on a house that I previously dismissed. Thoroughly recommended.

Had several estate agents to view our property for selling, Arden was not the cheapest but Romily was very engaging, warm and humanistic.
She explained the whole process, she made communications very easy. Amy and Grace in the office were great at keeping me up to date and liaised very well with the purchaser.
All gave us very good advice and suggestions throughout.

We chose Arden's as they were the agent for the house that we bought. We thought it might be easier, however, what started out as seeming to be a straight forward house move ended up taking 10 months due to people in the chain losing buyers so the chain eventually involved 7 properties and 7 solicitors, some of whom were lethargic, unlike Leanne of Arden's, who worked tirelessly to help us all to the point of exchanging contracts and completing. I used Arden recently to sell my home and I couldn't be happier with the service I received.

I tried to sell my house last year with another estate agent but had a terrible time (making house spotless for 1 viewing only to find was no show after, selling and losing buyer etc.. ) that I took the house off the market and took a break.

However this year I decided to put my house back on the market and chose Arden because when I had viewed properties with them I found they answered questions before I asked them or knew the answer and if they didn't they found out and called me back.

When Peter Gilbert came to value my house he was lovely, it was like he knew how much my house meant to me and made me feel very relaxed and not under any pressure. He promised a quick sale and was so true to his word - he told my house in two weeks which was way quicker than I expected.

After I accepted the offer I was passed on to Amy Woolaston who was brilliant. I had trouble with house I was buying and so thing took longer than expected and I worried I would lose my buyer again but Amy kept myself and my buyers informed of what was going on at every stage and checked in with us regularly.

I can't thank Arden and the team enough for everything they did and the support we received.

We cannot recommend Ardens highly enough. From the first visit with Matt it all went very well. We were kept informed of the progress of our sale. Our special thanks must go to Jayne who helped so much with our on going purchase. Jayne did more for us than we could even have anticipated.
