Refusal of withdrawal and abuse
We have been in hell for the last 2-3 months. Everything was fine for awhile. We got daily updates and chats with a very friendly bloke. Then in January we decided we would withdraw a small sum and that's when it all came down hill.
We were first contacted by somebody we had never spoken to before who advised they would be closing our account and we could no longer trade and they had to send us all our money. Having no idea what was going on and totally not understanding what was happening, we were belittled. The guy even called my husband an idiot. They transferred our money into a crypto wallet, which we could not access unless we paid more money. We did this and what do you know, there was another excuse and we were told to pay more money, we stupidly did that too. Only to then be told, there was another issue and we need to pay more money. When we explained we had no more money, we were humiliated for not having any savings. Needless to say we have not paid the 3rd request of money. Then the finance manager got on the phone to my husband and screamed down the phone at my husband and called him so many names. Then has been harassing him with messages about sending the money.
We are at our wits end and this has caused a huge distress to our family as we have lost all of our savings.
The phone numbers and emails listed on the website do not get answered and return undelivered.
