Came across their gas burner refurb service on eBay. Sent my dead gas burner to them they advised on how best to proceed and I had a repaired burner back in my hands within days. Installed it back into my caravan this weekend and it lit on the first press of the button even when it used to work it never used to light first time, it would always take three or four attempts, it's now as good as new. Thank you so much.

I posted my faulty motor mover control module on the Monday and received it back on the Wednesday. A very quick turn around , also on my receipt they itemised exactly what the had done. Very pleased , thank you.

Outstanding first class service. Sent a part from Northern Ireland to be repaired on a Friday afternoon and it was returned to me first class post on Tuesday morning. I was expecting it to take at least a week . Staff were very pleasant on the phone and the repair was first class and worth every penny off the respectful price. A motor mover that simply wasn't working. Remote resets etc had no effect. Remote syncing but no power to the movers.

These guys recommended by my service engineer. Sent off on Wednesday, received back on Saturday and all working perfectly

Not expensive either given the charges I might have been looking at to completely replace.

COULD NOT BE HAPPIER!

Very clear instructions on how to pair the replacement remote to my Quattro mover unit. I had purchased one second hand from eBay which was a mistake as it would not pair, this new replacement worked a treat, everything I hoped for!

This is one of the most efficient companies that I have used, I sent my defective caravan mover kit to be repaired, it was sent to arrive on the Monday and I received it back in full working order on the Tuesday. They are a splendid example of what British companies can do!

Faulty Truma heater in motorhome, heard about this company via a Facebook post. We were planning a month away after Christmas and this was mid December! Fantastic service, he asked me to send the PCB, tested it but was told it wasn't faulty! He then said it was probably the motor and that he could upgrade the PCB to accept a new motor. All done within days for a very fair price. Great to have heat again!

We had a problem with our MH heater and we happened to come across the name of this company (though quite a distance away from where we live) - emails followed and we were put on to a local company to help with the physical work of removing circuit boards which we then sent to A&R - they were very quick to assess and return the boards and gave advice (through further emails and phone conversations) as to how to proceed. As a result we now have a heater that is working. Without the help and speed with which A&R worked this could have taken a lot longer to sort out - Highly recommend

Truma Combi Combusion Fan.

5 days from Post Office collection from my doorstep the unit was returned repaired. 3 components on the circuit board replaced and unit tested. Repair warranteed for 12 months. Excellent service. Many thanks.

Combustion fan faulty, sent package recorded delivery Thursday evening, fault fixed on receipt on Monday back with me today (Tuesday) and my heating is back in action. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Had a problem with my truma combi boiler I emailed the company and they got right back to me right away telling me to send in the air combination fan that it may have a fault so I sent it to them and right enough there was a fault it took only a few days and was sent back to me repaired baring in mind that i live in Northern Ireland the staff are very knowledgeable and efficient and I would definitely recommend them thank you so much for your service regards Leo John.

Faulty units posted on Monday. Phone call to say fixed on Tuesday. Fixed units received on Wednesday. Fantastic service.
