I ordered one dress, the email they sent confirms this. They then charged me for two and sent me two despite we flagging this. It took a v long time to arrive. It was meant to be a small, I'm size 10 to 12, it was huge on me, poor quality material. I emailed again to ask how to return it, they kept offering me partial refunds to save the planet and said I'd have to pay a lot of money to send it back plus customs charges. I tried to make an official complaint but they ignored my request. I tried to insist they need to pay as I had not ordered two dresses. They kept refusing. I don't know what to do now, I seem to be stuck. Clearly an unethical company, do not use.

The website states that the office is London based and does say for customer to pay for return shipping.

Shipping to China! Which cost £30 so about 1/3 of what my order amount was. Would not recommend using this site at all as awful quality and terrible returns policy

Ordered two pieces from here (collarless linen shirts in two colours). Firstly the orders come direct from China. Secondly, it took a round 2-3 weeks to arrive which was well over the 5-7 recommended days. Both pieces were poor quality and seemed different sizes although both XL. Due to being too small and poor quality, I requested a refund they offered refund, 30% cashback or 60% store credit. It is very difficult to return this product and will be hit with customs charges.

From start to finish this was a poor experience, poor delivery, poor quality, different sizes and very small for size I requested. After all of the previous, you won’t don’t get full store credit and hard to return without being hit with a charge. All in all, I’d say avoid using this site/shop.

Over 33 days and still no package. I have sent numerous emails only to be told to be patient the package is on the way. Then I was told it was delivered however it wasn’t. Nothing but a scam operation.

100% a scam. Ordered some premium linen shirts from the website and the actually product that arrived was some cheap flimsy low quality shirt that was barely holding together. When I contacted them to get return the items for a refund, I had to insist three times as Emma from customer service kept on coming back with counter offers to convince me to keep the products so that they could keep my money. I insisted on returning the items, which you have to send to some address in China. The cost for this is entirely on you and this ended up costing me £27 for 2 shirts. But I would rather spend on this postage than stomach having these scammers keeping any of my money.

Wouldn’t have picked one star if zero stars was an option. Long wait for delivery. Ordered 2 for sizing , received one. Completely different colour, poor quality. Obviously used other images. No reply on telephone e number or to emails. Don’t order!

Stay away ,this is fake company and the products they sell quality is poor don't match the picture.

Quality of products is like nothing I've ever seen before, so bad!
Not to mention, impossible to return despite the website making it seem like an easy process.

Do not buy from this company. Their sizing is completely inaccurate and doesn't match the measurements advertised. When I contacted customer service about exchanging the items, I was told I would have to pay £15 per item just to exchange them, which is unreasonable given the sizing issue.

The return and exchange process feels misleading, and the extra fees make it seem like they're profiting from their own sizing mistakes. Based on my experience, this page feels like a scam. I wouldn't recommend buying from them.

If I could give them less stars I would. Ordered a dress that came , looked NOTHING like the photo, and I mean nothing. Advertised as a delicate floral pattern with a zip on the back. What arrived was a yellow dress covered in massive flowers along with no zip on the back and the sleeves were different.

Company refuses to pay the return cost which they are LEGALLY required to do. Email responses are generic sending me consistent ‘we’d like to offer you this instead ‘ emails, AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

O star if I could . Absolute scammers . £35 shorts that are ridiculously poor quality , not fit anything .oh and ordered them x large. I’d say more like x x x small.
Long winded customer service refund process . 8 emails trying to offer me discount on there website .
Finally got a returns form to find that I have to cover the expensive returns fee to china. £73 may I add . Didn’t return them as given the trustworthiness of this scandalous company you’ll be more out of pocket no doubt .

I bought 3 shirts from this company, which were supposed to be 2xx large. Upon receiving them I found they were too small and one was the wrong colour!! I tried calling them several times but never managed to get an answer or leave a message. I emailed the company only to be told that they would give me a 15% discount as a goodwill gesture if I kept the shirts. I told them what use are they to me they are too small? They then came back with a 30%discount if I kept the shirts!!
After several emails back and forth, they told me that I would have to post them to China even though they were sent to me from the West Midlands in the UK. I argued the fact that there was no mention of the returns had to be sent to China on any of their terms and conditions. By the time they finally gave me the return address in China it was too late to send them back under the 14 day return policy. When I brought this to their attention, they stopped responding!!

One thing I’ve learned is to check the reviews before purchasing anything from a company!!

I give 2 stars because I received the item. This is the fact. But the quality or time it took to be delivered is another thing.
I was hoping that the reviews were too critical but no. The trousers are totally see-through. I cannot wear them even with nude underwear. Reselling it on vinted would bring me bad reviews unless I sell it for £1. Such a waste of money :(

I received my order and the fit was not great. I had emailed to start the process of return and after having had a response almost straight away - I am now on my 4th email asking to return and declining the store credit.

They have just ghosted me!

I am nervous that they won’t process this before the “return window” is passed!

Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing item. Order took too long to arrive, when it did, it was so small. No way was it the size of an average medium for men. Quality is poor. Very shabby and roughly made.
When I tried to arrange a refund, no help to return. Yet they offered a 5% refund and voucher to shop for more tat.
Buyer beware, crudely made poor quality.
No help from customer services.

Update: your response is bogus! I sent you my order number and confirmation number
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They took several weeks to deliver then when it said "Delivered" I never received it. They said they didn't have a way to verify where it was delivered. When I complained they said they can only refund part of money because of cost to ship

If I could give it zero stars, I would don't ever order from there ever scam scam scam scam scam I ordered stuff over two months ago and still have not received it. Horrible horrible horrible.

Terrible quality products, sent from China (although on address on the Website is London) cheap packaging and I have to send it back to China for a refund. Avoid this company at all costs, the website is just a front.

Items took longer than expected and poor quality - not like the pictures.

I am currently trying to return only to be told i have to send to china at my own cost AND pay import duties and taxes, none of this is mentioned pre-purchase, I wish i never bought from them

This website is a scam. I bought some trousers. They are described as ‘linen’ on the website, and a ‘relaxed fit’. They are actually skin-tight polyester. They don’t come with any option to return for a refund. It is the cheapest tat. Stay away.
