Utterly Amazing Arella Pause
Great price and lots of options on how to purchase
The taste is delicious
The doctor stopped my HRT after 4 years which was a large shock and the symptoms returned within days.
In the 6 weeks I have been having a sachet each morning the hot flushes and night sweats have eased, the out of control periods have eased too.
I am feeling so much better than before

I’ve been using Arella Beauty’s Pause and Collagen supplements for a long time now, and the difference I’ve noticed from taking them consistently has been incredible.
They have become a staple part of my daily wellbeing routine, and I genuinely feel the benefits when I stay consistent with them 🌱🩵

Recently I’ve added the sleep mask, copper brush, and journal to my collection, and they’ve all helped support my overall wellbeing and self-care practices. Each product feels thoughtfully designed and adds a little moment of calm to my day 🌱🩵

I’ve also purchased more of the eye masks to give as gifts because they’re such a lovely treat. It’s a little bit of luxury while also gifting the chance of a good night’s sleep – what’s not to love?
I honestly cannot recommend Arella Beauty products enough. The quality is outstanding, and every product feels like an investment in your wellbeing.

Arella Sleep Eye Mask

I ordered the Arella Sleep Eye Mask after being so impressed with their copper body brush. I certainly wasn't disappointed! The mask is comfortable and stays in position throughout the night. The quality of my sleep has improved through these lighter nights. I have tried different sleep masks over the years which have left me with creases on my face, the Arella mask leaves my skin smooth and my eyes fresh. Lovely quality, soft material.

Review of the Arella body brush

I recently bought the Arella copper body brush and the face sculpting tool. Unfortunately it appears that customers can’t leave product reviews on the Arella website.

While I can’t fault the fast delivery and lovely packaging, I’m really disappointed with the body brush.

First off, it had already lost bristles before I even took it out of the bag and loses bristles every time I handle it.

My main issue, however, is how harsh it is on the skin. I have been using body brushes for years and never had any issues before. But the Arella brush leaves me with long scratches all over my body despite using it lightly and not applying any pressure. I would give the brush a 2/5 rating.

The face sculpting tool looks well made and is beautiful but I wish they had a proper video tutorial on how to use it effectively.

I would have loved to love the body brush but it’s sadly a miss for me.

UPDATE: I was offered and sent a replacement brush, which I appreciate. I haven’t used it yet.

We are pleased that the delivery and packaging felt like a positive first impression, but we are genuinely sorry to hear that the body brush has not met your expectations. What you have described around bristle shedding and the feeling on your skin is not the experience we want anyone to have with Arella, especially when you already have a long relationship with body brushing and know what should feel supportive rather than uncomfortable.
However, the copper bristles are intentionally designed to be more stimulating than traditional brushes, to support circulation and skin renewal, but they should never feel as though they are scratching or causing distress to the skin. While we have sold hundreds of these brushes since launching last month and have not received other feedback around bristles falling out, we take your experience seriously and would really like to look into this further for you, as it may be a fault with this particular brush.
We would really love the opportunity to make this right for you, whether that is through a replacement, a refund, or guiding you towards a softer alternative that feels better suited to your skin. Please do reach out to us directly so we can support you personally.

Thank you also for your kind words about the face sculpting tool, it means a great deal. We are currently in the process of creating dedicated video tutorials so that using the tool feels clear, supportive, and intuitive, and your feedback has reinforced how important this is.

I absolutely love the copper brush and


I absolutely love the copper brush and the hair comb. The copper brush gives such smooth skin and it’s so effective and it feels really nice as well. It’s not too harsh. The comb is just divine I absolutely love it. It’s so good for my hair as well, which is quite brittle. I love absolutely love Aralla and all their products. I also take the collagen which has been a game change my skin.

Areola Copper Body Brush

I have been body brushing for a while now and like the results. I recently replaced my old brush with a lovely, new copper body brush from Arella. What a difference! My skin is now super smooth, exfoliated, and glowing. The brush comes in a handy travel pouch with clear instructions to ensure the best results from a body brushing routine. I would highly recommend purchasing and get brushing for summer ready skin!

 I’ve reviewed Arella before

Yes 
 I’ve reviewed Arella Beauty previously, however I really wanted to do a follow-up as these two products have genuinely become staples in my daily routine.

I use both the Arella Collagen and Pause every single day, and for me consistency has been key. They’re so easy to take (I love that they come in sachets ❀), and they have just slotted into my routine without any effort.

Since my full hysterectomy in 2023, alongside bowel surgery which resulted in me now living with a stoma, I’ve been much more conscious about what I put into my body and how I support my overall wellbeing. It’s been a huge adjustment physically and emotionally, so finding something that makes me feel even a little bit better in myself really matters.

Over time, I’ve noticed improvements in my skin feeling more hydrated and smoother, but more importantly I just feel better within myself ⚖ more balanced and supported day-to-day. That’s something I don’t take for granted 🩵🌱

The taste is actually really pleasant (which isn’t always the case with supplements), and the convenience makes it easy to stay consistent, even on the days where everything feels a bit much.

For anyone navigating hormonal changes, recovery, or just looking to support their body from the inside out 
 these have been a really positive addition for me.

Of course, everyone’s journey is different, but for me these have become non-negotiables in my routine 🀍🌱🩵
