El equipo de ayuda muy agradable y profesional, me atendió Emily y su atención fue de 5 estrellas, además que una rapidez increíble e intento buscarme una solución lo más rápido que pudo, pero quede extremadamente inconforme pues la devolución será en 7 a 10 días hábiles, además que me lo devolverán en crédito a la cuenta de esta página y no quise comprar nada aquí, estaba comprando un sillón y cuando se reinicio la página de pago me salía que había comprado una membresía aquí, revise sus productos y no tienen el sillón así que no tengo idea porque me cobraron algo aquí

Demora en reembolso por cobro indebido pese a que se respondió que estaba aprobado hace más de un mes

Did not place any order . Well at least I thought I have not. Somehow it was checked I guess or I was hacked not sure. Need this canceled asap. Need this refunded to my account. The exact amount taken out. Please and thank you.

You claimed to be Takealot you will give away iPhone for R200. All along you were Arenaloom. Well you have received my why don't you honour what you were paid for. Why must I fight for my money back. Please if you want money sell real phone don't scam people.

keep saying the refund has been approved, as soon as i submit a review they will process the refund. 2nd go around for the same refund that was approved in feb. they suggest 4 or 5 star reviews are always appreciated. lol. not until i get my refund for product i never received and double membership fee taken out of my account. also did not know it was a membership with monthly fees until i got the notice that they got the double payment .
