Extremely disappointing delivery experience with ENAAR Fragrances—paid 7,500 PKR but order was delayed with no proper updates or support. The team is unresponsive, provides unclear or fake delivery status, and has no reachable contact. This feedback is strictly about the poor service; product experience cannot be shared as it was never received on time.

I purchased the perfume “Chase” and first used the blue bottle, which smelled really nice and fresh.
However, when I opened another new box, the bottle design was different and the smell was completely different — not good at all.
Now when I search online, I see a totally different (black) bottle shown for the same product name.
This is very confusing. Same company, same product name, but different bottles and completely different fragrance quality.
Please clarify whether there are multiple versions, packaging changes, or if there is a risk of counterfeit products in the market.
I’m disappointed and would appreciate an explanation.

They are frauds, they claim to be providing Genuine decants and honestly you will not even know unless you have the orignal bottle. The fragrance is totally different than orignal. And when I complained them, they said that its orignal and you can check with brand if you have any issue with the fragrance. They are bullying customers saying we will file defamation case, LOL. Trust me they are not orignal the reason i know because I have used the orignals. Dont go with paid reviews buy from authorised sellers only. Best to buy from website itself if they have one.

I ordered for a gift and they said they weren’t like the originals so I tried to return them using the address on the website. I even sent an email making sure I was doing it right. After spending $22 on shipping, I received it back as undeliverable because they didn’t put the suite number on the site. They said they would pay for shipping back but since then it has been radio silence.

Great experience! Will order again.

Best bank for buck dupe! smells fantastic and doesnt seem to give me alergic reaction like many of the other dupe brands out there.

ARFragrances is a treasure trove of luxe for less. The fragrances are long-lasting, smell amazing, and are a great way to indulge without breaking the bank. I wish they offered sample sets, though, it would make it easier to explore more of their range.

Ppurchased the creed aventus dupe and OMG smells even better than creed!
