Ordered set of 6 chairs which I was told was in stock but when ordered and paid in full for them it then appeared they was waiting for them off the supplier , obviously they never materialised, asked for a refund which they said was on its way between 7/14 days ,, as you can guess the refund never arrived even after patiently waiting for 10 weeks or more , I don’t believe this is a company, I think they just hold on to peoples money to gain interest , they are just ripping people off , they never answer the phone and they stop answering your emails …. Please please keep away from this so called company … I now have to go through my bank to get my money back .. what a joke 🤬

Did not receive my item and have still not received a refund. Will be escalating this matter further.

Place an order in jan this year it should have been 8 week , got some of delivery after 6 months
Some items damaged
Now in 9 months on still not received one part of order of replacement
Total poor service go by else ware
It’s so bad now you can’t talk to anyone

Love, love, love these stools. Light up my breakfast bar 100%. Delivery impressive. One criticism, one stool unable to insert fourth Bolt, hopefully 3 will suffice!

Same as all bad reviews below, spent close to £600 on chairs due to arrive in 2 weeks. 2 months later no chairs and no actual estimated arrival. Have asked for a refund which will be issued in 7-14 days. So far nothing and it’s nearly been 14 days.

Can’t believe this company are still going given the amount of complaints. I will be taking them to small claims court as this is clearly a scam

Ordered a dining table set for nearly £900 in May 2022 only to wait 4 months and not receive anything! Get told lie after lie and still not dining table I ask for a refund now waiting 6 weeks to still get told lies about the money been sent and to ring my bank drill no refund CON ARTIST! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I AM REPORTING THEM AND TAKING TNRM TO COURT OUT OF PRINCIPAL!!!

Ordered a table and chairs along with 2 bar stools in April. Finally received the table and chairs in June. Still haven't received the bar stools, they was delivered and left on my doorstep unattended. I have been trying for months to get a resolve and requested a refund to no avail so I'm now £300 out of pocket and getting no replies from them

Do not order anything from this site as they keep pushing your delivery back and items do not arrive. Asked for a refund and was told 14 days waited 14 Days no refund.
Really bad customer care they will hold on to your money as long as possible, never answer the phone just a really bad company. Avoid at all cost

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Ordered table and chairs and delivery was promised on 12/08/22. Received email reporting delay in furniture until October. This was not suitable and requested refund. Have been advised refund would take 7-14 days TWICE and still nothing!! Phoned 3 times and left messages, no reply!! Absolute joke of a so called retailer!!

Absolutely diabolical I'm still awaiting my table and chairs this isn't acceptable!! If I knew I had to wait so long there isn't no way on this earth I would of ordered with them, its been 4 months and still no table and chairs I've reported them to trading standards, I've voiced up via email because I cannot get in contact with anyone to speak via the telephone!!! I want my table and chairs and a refund for the inconvenience they've taken the living b***ard p**s !!!!! Avoid! Paid for table and chair with 3/4 week delivery kept having to ring to updates to then be advise it won’t be delivered for another 6 weeks on top on advised time asked for refund told yes 7-14 days to come back to card 14 days on and still waiting for refund with still chasing them for it! Ordered the same table from another company n delivered within a week of ordering!

We ordered Lois table and 4 chairs on 22nd July with a delivery time off 2-3weeks ,which we thought not too bad .At the end of 3 weeks we contacted them and had too wait for 3 days for an update to be told by email that would be delayed to October .we choose to cancel and take refund ,this was on 24th august with payment to go back in my bank 7-14days .we are still waiting on refund .

I ordered dinning table with a chair since end of June. No email updates,it’s passed the estimated delivery time, every time I call, it’s different stories. Till date I don’t know when they will deliver the item to me. They took my money but they are not delivering the goods, i have just cancelled my order and requested for a refund. Waiting for my refund.

Ordered a sideboard and was told 6-8 week's wait - now onto 15 week's and still no sideboard.
I have been constantly chasing (if I hadn't been chasing my order I doubt anyone would've been in touch with me) for a delivery date but just keep getting lie after lie.
I was told on 22nd July I would get a "solid delivery date" needless to say I've still not heard a thing.
Since then I have asked for a full refund...Still no response back to that email either!!
I have now contacted my bank to get this refunded to me since I'm not getting anywhere with this very unprofessional company!!!

Ordered a stunning dining set and new sofa, the sofa was slightly delayed however everything is here now and I love it! Thanks to Alexander keeping me updated throughout the whole process

I ordered my table and chairs, the table turned up after a month and I had to chase up through emails and calls to find the chairs but after two months the chairs arrived aswell so today I have a beautiful table and chairs.. The sales guy Alexander was amazingly helpful but the manager didn’t get back to me and still hasn’t even after asking him to contact me over 5times they also didn’t offer me any compensation for waiting so long but apart from that I’m happy now I have a full set and it’s stunning and defiantly worth the wait! I think they should warn you on the website it could take over two months to cover this issue and then people would expect this wait time and it would solve a lot of calls and emails.

Had a great experience with AR furnishings. Ordered 4 velvet knockerback dining chairs which were exactly what I wanted. The colour is perfect. Alexander was very helpful throughout the full ordering process. Will definitely be shopping there again soon.

Ordered 3 1/2 weeks ago

Two sets of tables and chairs and 3 bar stools. Promised the bar stools within 3-4 days and table sets within 3 weeks. Had an email from Company to say DPD will deliver within 4 days…..5 days on, nothing

Still not received anything and no contact from company to messages on Facebook or email.
