SCAM!! Ordered a month ago and haven’t received anything!!! AVOID!!

Quality is awful, the customer service is even worse. They will not refund you a product if it was bought in the sale, 90% of the clothing is on sale….

Bought a £40 dress, it looked nothing like what I order. The quality and fit were so bad it look like it had been made in the dark. I put it on to take photos to send to them and the zip broke, this still wasn’t good enough for them to accept a return

Items are poorly made and they are adamant about not giving refunds. Completely incorrect item sent and the company have come back saying essentially ‘some items can look different from the photos and no mistake has occurred’. For context I ordered a maxi dress and a mini was sent.

The company have now stopped replying to emails after.

Do not order from here. I am £80 out of pocket with two dresses that I will probably have to throw away due to the quality.

Qualität ist katastrophal und es sitzt gar nicht mal so schön wie es auf den Bildern aussieht.

Pessima esperienza. L’abito ricevuto non corrisponde alle immagini presenti sul sito: colore, tessuto e qualità generale risultano significativamente diversi rispetto alle foto sul sito.
Inoltre, le stesse identiche foto del prodotto (con la stessa modella e identica ambientazione) sono presenti su numerosi altri siti online, il che solleva seri dubbi sull’originalità delle immagini utilizzate per la vendita.
Nonostante abbia richiesto il reso entro 4 giorni dalla consegna, mi è stato negato facendo riferimento a una politica “final sale”.
Sul sito non è indicata in modo chiaro alcuna sede legale o dati societari del venditore; è presente solo un riferimento generico alle leggi di England and Wales e l’utilizzo della piattaforma Shopify.

Compré un vestido para la graduación de mi hija, la calidad de la tela era mala, no llevaba etiqueta, en la foto tenia una cremallera lateral y en la realidad ni tenía cremallera y les escribí, me dijeron que al ser de rebajas no podían devolver el dinero pero que enviara fotos (me pidieron 1000) y cuando las mandé me dijeron que había excedido el tiempo de devolución. Vamos, es un timo, en toda regla. Está el mismo vestido ahora en Shein a menos de la mitad de lo que me costó y apostaría a que hasta es de mejor calidad. Qué vergüenza

Ho acquistato un vestito in saldo a 50€ (prezzo originale circa 98€) e sono rimasta molto delusa. La qualità del materiale è scadente e non rispecchia assolutamente il prezzo indicato.
Inoltre trovo poco corretta la politica che non permette il reso degli articoli in saldo nemmeno in caso di taglia sbagliata. Acquistando online può capitare, e il cliente dovrebbe essere tutelato.
Non acquisterò di nuovo.

Purtroppo la mia esperienza è stata pessima, e mi spiace davvero non aver letto prima le recensioni di altri clienti, perché mi sarei risparmiata una grande delusione (e dei soldi buttati).

Il materiale del vestito è veramente scadente. Il drappeggio che si vede nelle foto sul sito appare fine, elegante e ben rifinito… ma nella realtà è grossolano, rigido e decisamente brutto da vedere. Nulla a che fare con le immagini pubblicate. Anche le finiture sono del tutto scadenti e orribili: cuciture fatte male, dettagli trascurati, qualità complessiva che lascia davvero senza parole. Sembra un capo che possa valere forse 5€, non di più. Ma la cosa ancora più grave riguarda i resi e i rimborsi. Nella pagina prodotto viene garantita la possibilità di effettuare il reso entro 30 giorni. Peccato che, quando li contatti per chiedere assistenza, ti rispondono che gli articoli in promozione non sono soggetti a reso. Informazione che non è chiaramente indicata nella pagina del prodotto. E qui arriva la parte più sorprendente: se si scorre il sito, praticamente tutti – e dico tutti – i prodotti risultano in sconto. In questo modo non effettuano mai resi né rimborsi e si tengono i soldi. Un sistema davvero poco trasparente.

Non buttate i vostri soldi su questo sito. Mi auguro che prima o poi chiudano i battenti, perché un comportamento del genere è veramente poco onesto.

Accidently bought a dress before reading the reviews. I emailed them the same day that I want my money back because I changed my mind.

Luckily they answered within 2 days that they will try but have to check with the warehouse.
The European law says that you can always ask your money back within a period of 14 days and it doesn't matter if it's an sale item. So i threatened them with this and the fact that I will contact my bank.

So after emailing back and forth they told me I will receive my money between 5-10 work days.
Hopefully it's true.

(Also the dresses come from China.)

Scam - will not do returns. Items are not made correctly so don’t fit correctly they are awful quality. Do not buy anything!

I wouldn’t even give one star if I could! DO NOT buy from this company!!! They will not give refunds for faulty substandard rubbish that the are selling! The dress looked nothing like the photo they advertised! Wish I had checked out the reviews on here before buying! Scam company for sure!!!

This company is a complete scam. Dresses do not look like what is advertised on their website, very poor/cheap material. They state they offer a 30 day money back guarantee however, refused my return as it was a sale item. Do not recommended! Do not buy from this site.

I purchased two dresses from Aria Belle and was assured at point of sale that they accept returns only to be refused this. Both dresses were port quality and after many attempts to return Aria Belle still refuse to accept this. Aria Bell accept that their promotionals banner them at they show at pint of sale are lies.

This website is a complete scam. I ordered a low cut halterneck dress which arrived and the halterneck was so short the material that is supposed to sit underneath your breasts sits halfway up! It is non-adjustable. It was a sale item so apparently not returnable, yet when you click on the product it states 30 day money back guarantee and click on returns section on the product page it states the same. However, in their returns policy it states no return for sale items. It does not make that clear anywhere and you have to go fishing around their returns policy. The website is completely misleading and advertises everywhere 30 day money back guarantee hassle free and doesn't mention anything about sale items - not even on checkout as most good websites do. The dress is completely unwearable due to poor design and thin cheap material. The photos of the models wearing it are obviously completely fake once you see the real product. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

The dress is a complete scam and looks absolutely nothing like the advertised image. The material is incredibly thin, cheap, and hideous. On top of that, the item arrived without any original tags, which is unacceptable. To make matters worse, your customer service is gaslighting me—claiming that I can’t return a faulty item just because it was on sale, and insulting my intelligence by blaming the 'lighting' in my photos. This is blatant false advertising and I demand a full refund.

This place is embarrassing. Ordered a dress for a night out. There was no choice for what kind of delivery. It took over 2 weeks to arrive with no clear update on where the parcel is.

It came the quality was awful and cheap. The dress looked nothing like the image. Tired to return the dress and then you need to email them.

They take ages reply. They ask you to send photos of the dress ( including you in it) to confirm the quality of the dress. Then even after doing that they refuse the refund and send you the policy which does not make any sense. As they don’t even stick to it.

I ordered this dress on the 12th of January and they are still emailing now regarding this over 1 months down the line.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

I wanted a dress from baby boo fashion so obvs my ad showed these guys advertising the dress waaaaaaaay cheaper. Same models and videos. Seems sus girls

I am extremely disappointed with my purchase from Aria Belle. I ordered two dresses in different sizes (S and M), but what I received was a complete disaster.
​First, the quality is appalling—the fabric is paper-thin, completely transparent, and covered in loose threads. Second, the items have absolutely NO labels (no brand, no size, no care instructions), which is a clear violation of textile regulations. Despite ordering different sizes, both dresses have the exact same measurements, yet they arrived in different color shades and different fabrics.
​When I contacted customer service with photographic evidence, they repeatedly hid behind their "Final Sale" policy, claiming these major defects are just "minor variations." They completely ignore statutory consumer rights regarding faulty goods and items not as described.
​If you are looking for quality and fair treatment, stay away from this store. I am now forced to resolve this via a bank chargeback and the European Consumer Centre.
