Aria is the most incredible person. She instantly made me feel relaxed, at ease and most importantly safe.
I went with her for support to process the death of a friend who had passed away 2.5 years earlier, someone I only felt anger and sadness for everyday. Within 2 sessions, I had my first positive and happy thought about my friend and the anger and sadness had gone. The work Aria does is so powerful and honestly life changing. I really don't think I can thank her enough for how she has helped me and for the tools she has taught me to support myself through future adversity.

Aria gives you the tools you need in practical ways. She takes the time to listen. She takes the time to explain. She is respectful, sensitive and smart. And she is present throughout your journey, unlike some others. She not only helped me through some hurdles, but she helped to create action plans and I felt accountable to hold to them because she set dates she is awesome. Aria is able to break down the barriers our mind sets into when you go through trauma and grief that often times when in its midst you can not see the forest through the trees.

I recently lost my husband in death and because my brain already has had so much trauma in my 45 years my body’s system automatically went to the familiar ptsd fight, flight, or freeze pattern that it was familiar with. Which then with my wording and trying to take control over things out of my control I was in a spin cycle of misery that I myself was feeding.

Aria was able to not only explain the why and how but help me to see that only by letting that stuff go, and then feed myself positive word space, not negative that I would truly heal.

I am a believer so all of that made sense but it really hit home when I realized my controlling thoughts were fed to myself and only I could change how I reacted and what I fed back out by allowing the light back in of my faith and lean on not my own understanding but allowing the darkness to be turned into a positive energy that could truly transform to a healing from years of ptsd in a way no other therapy or coach had ever been able to provide for me a way to do that healing.

She used logic and then helped me to see where I could use that to help me grow from the darkest days I had yet to a place of healing and triumph. Thank you Aria for helping me see a way forward again.
