I dealt with Nicole from filling out my initial application on line. I struggled previously with anxiety as I found the process all overwhelming but Nicole made it all very easy to arrange the application, she advised me on all my options and made sure my decision was informed. While my outcome may not have been as favourable as I wanted this was due to my circumstances I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nicole for her support, understanding, great communication and friendly approach.
