I want yo to be as happy as can be... if you need to return them for larger beads, just let me know. Not everything is available in the larger size, but we'll do what we can for you. Anything that you haven't opened up and started to use, can be returned.

Thank you for taking the time to do the review. I am really sorry to hear that you've not received the package yet. The sequence of events was that you placed your order on Sunday.... then I was out of the office all day on Monday, so your package got shipped on Tuesday. However, because you chose to have it shipped via 1st Class Mail, it's taking a couple days longer for transit time. I did a check on the tracking number... 9400110200882943069404 and it indicated that it was out for delivery to you today. I am so sorry for the longer transit time. If I am lucky enough to get your business for the future, please allow me to offer you free shipping on your next order. (I will make a notation on your file)...with my sincerest apology.

Customer Service is unbelievable

Customer Service is unbelievable. The owner will call you. I had ordered 2 kinds of 8mm beads and 1 4mmof a different kind as that is all that was available. The owner himself, dave called to let me know he had the 4mm bead in 8mm if I wanted it. Which it just so happens I did. He was absolutely wonderful!!! I have been telling everyone I know to check them out!

Outstanding!

I absolutely and highly recommend Arizona Bead Company to anyone. Their products are excellent, their prices are great, and their customer service is outstanding. It seems like shipments are sent pretty much immediately, and I have never had an issue with items being missing, quantity being short, or any of the other problems I've seen from other vendors. I've been buying from ABC for years, and they'll continue to be my go-to for a variety of needs. Simply wonderful.
