National Institute for Safety Education レビュー

Just glad to have the opportunity to get this ticket off my record. Thank you!

Very well design course, it is accurate and easy to follow.

Personnel are very helpful, great communications,

The first test, an answer is incorrect, you have to choose an incorrect answer to move on, very frustrating!
Better price than most others.

Thank you! Super attentive and easy to get these classes online.

First of all I would like to say thank you thank you for being open on a Sunday! I was given the opportunity to get my class done on time to report it to the courts!! There was another place where they could not approve my class until 24 hours later on a business day which meant I would not complete my class on time Maria R. was very helpful emailed me on Sunday immediately after I had emailed my driver lic. and ticket she stated she couldn’t open my attachments i then responded to her that I would email from another email address and if she could reply that she received it. Within minutes after I sent she replied! 😀 I do appreciate your help Maria thank you!

Good value option. Responsive customer service with return messages coming quicker than I expected!

Customer Service was very friendly and helpful. Sending emails of info was very helpful and quick.

Process was explained well and very straight forward. The modules were laid out in a way that were informative. Meg V and Eleanor were very responsive and helpful!

Provided copy of DL/ticket to NiSE staff and Maria Rebolledo replied quickly with my enrollment into course. Course knowledge/quizzes were all well written and easy to follow.

Eleanor was great. Another gentleman helped me as well, but I unfortunately can't remember his name. Thank you.

Wonderful course. Easy to navigate with individual sections well laid out with affective learning objectives. Overall, excellent course! Course enrollment was easy, with excellent customer support provided by Maria Robolledo. She was thorough with information and made it easy to choose this course.

I really liked my experience, I learned a lot of things off of doing it on traffic school and I’m glad that I did it!

I was impressed with the quickness of response through email when requesting information and even when requesting to reactivate my course after an extension, Eleanor Sityar and Tess Mendoza where Lightning speed quick to respond and get me the help needed! Thank you for your support!

While the online system was easy to navigate, I found it poorly written. I am not a scholar, but the grammar and spelling errors were annoying and distracting. It took me about 1/2 the time allotted for each section. I realize that the holding time added up to the required class time to meet state standards. This again was annoying. Finally, I found that the entire course as a narrative was terribly boring. Some interactive and/or video presentations would be more engaging for students. This is surely possible with todays technology.

This is the best traffic class I have ver taken it was very informative and I learn a-lot!!!

I really enjoyed the organization of this course and the email responses given throughout.

Nise was very informative and educational.

Informative and a good refresher. Eleanor was very helpful in providing me access. Some grammar/misspelled words - but minor.

Excellent course. Easy to follow. No glitches.
Great information and review. Like going to college again!

Links to videos on YouTube should be updated. Only one video was able to be accessed/viewed due to the fact that the videos were no longer available. Timers on each slide to be proportioned to the amount of information on the slide. Some slides only one or 2 sentences and did not need 1 minute and 45 seconds to read through.
