Falso stock
Ofertan productos en su web que no tienen en stock. Realicé dos pedidos y los dos cancelados.
Aún estoy esperando el reembolso y unas disculpas.
Solo tengo dos email automáticos diciendo que el pedido ha sido cancelado y reembolsado. Nadie más ha contactado conmigo ni ofreciendo una solución ni dándome una respuesta por email.
Un pedido ha sido el día 1 de abril y el otro el 8, de momento ninguno ha sido reembolsado.
La única cosa que decís que es cierta, es que tras el segundo pedido y posterior cancelación habéis arreglado la web. De nada

Sentimos sinceramente la experiencia que has tenido, y entendemos perfectamente tu frustración. Parece que no te están llegando nuestros emails, podrías revisar en tu bandeja de entrada? Te hemos escrito dos veces 🤕
Tal y como te hemos explicado por email, el problema se debió a un error informático en la web que te ha mostraba disponibilidad de una categoría antigua que no sale en nuestro menú visible, algo que ya hemos revisado para que no vuelva a ocurrir.
En cuanto a tus pedidos, ambos fueron cancelados y el reembolso fue tramitado de inmediato. El retraso en verse reflejado se debió a días festivos, ya que los plazos bancarios pueden variar, pero en ningún caso hemos retenido tu dinero.
Hemos intentado contactar contigo para darte una solución personalizada e incluso ofrecerte verificar disponibilidad antes de una nueva compra, pero no hemos recibido respuesta por tu parte.
Nos gustaría poder ayudarte y resolver cualquier duda pendiente, por lo que seguimos a tu disposición.

Ich hatte 2024 eine Jacke für meine Freundin bestellt, leider waren diese ein ganzes Jahr im Zoll festgesteckt. Nachdem ich Kontakt aufgenommen hatte waren sie sehr kommunikativ und freundlich. Ich habe dann letztendlich mein Geld direkt wieder zurückbekommen, weil ich nicht warten wollte.
Nun ein Jahr später habe ich sie erneut bestellt und sie kam direkt und schnell an.
Leider ist bei dieser Jacke ein Produktionsfehler aufgetreten und ein Knopf war beschädigt und ist abgefallen.
Erneut habe ich ihnen eine E-Mail geschrieben und sie haben sehr schnell geantwortet (sogar über die Weihnachtsfeiertage). Ich habe für den beschädigten Knopf direkt eine Rückerstattung von 15€ erhalten, das ist sehr kulant!
Meine Freundin liebt ihre Jacke und sie sieht auch wirklich sehr gut aus.
Der Kontakt war stets freundlich und schnell.
Ich habe hier gute Erfahrungen gemacht und kann somit den Kauf hier nur befürworten.

We’ve been communicating via email, and we’ve responded to every email you’ve sent. You purchased an item that was back in stock and was supposed to arrive within the next few weeks. Since it took longer than expected and you hadn’t received your jacket, we issued a refund.
If you’re still interested, we can ship it to you now, since we have them in stock.

Still Don’t have product yet
The product was ordered in early December as a Christmas gift and I still don’t have it. Looks like now it’s stuck somewhere since January 28. Can’t reach anyone to find out what’s going on

Ha pasado más de mes y medio de la…
Ha pasado más de mes y medio de la compra del producto y aún no lo he recibido. Si no fuese pq me puse en contacto con atención al cliente no se me hubiese informado de dicho retraso. Incluso cuando informan no pueden dar un rango temporal aproximado de cuando llegará, así que así sigo, esperando. Eso sí, cobrado está desde el primer momento.

La empresa de transportes que nos deberia entregar las chaquetas nos está venga a retrasar la fecha de entrega y estamos desesperados, dando un aml servicio a nuestros clientes. Vamos a enviar todos los pedidos con un regalo y el que quiera pueda cancelarlo y le haremos un reembolso inmediato. No podemos hacer más que pedir disculpas y darte la razón.

You are absolutely right with this bad review. The shipping company that is supposed to deliver the jackets to us is delaying the delivery date and we are desperate, giving a poor service to our customers. We are going to send all orders with a free gift and anyone who wants to cancel can do so and we will give them an immediate refund. We can do nothing but apologize and agree with you.

The experience with Arizona Vintage was amazing
The experience with Arizona Vintage was fastastic. The jacket that I wanted was out of stock and I contacted the company to see if there would be more in the future. They responded immediately and, fortunately, they had one (the last one) in my size. Arizona Vintage made the payments and shipping arrangements quickly and, more importat, very secure. The jacket is wonderful, comfortable and really warm. The quality couldn't be better. Definitely, I will buy again.

Perfecto y encima con bolso de regalo
Es la segunda vez que compro una bomber navajo y todo perfecto, encima cuando abrí el paquete me llevé la sorpresa de que me habían metido el abrigo dentro de un bolso muy bonito de regalo. Me ha venido genial, esto era un regalo para mi novia y estoy seguro de que el bolso la va a encantar, espero haber acertado con la talla del abrigo. Mil gracias por el bolso de regalo!!
