Hello! Greetings everyone. My name is Tatyana Lysenko, and I have an absolutely positive review of the ACR CRYO company and the highly professional work they did! I would like to sincerely thank the entire team, and especially my immediate assistant and manager, Lia.
Lia, precision in her work, the ability to navigate a situation and make a quick decision, a human attitude not as a client, but more like a friend - I experienced this firsthand.
While we were working together, Lia was on vacation but was always in touch. She helped me resolve the payment issue in a way that was convenient for me. She maintained constant communication with me and the Barcelona clinic. My eggs were transported from Spain to Ukraine. During the unsafe period of fighting at the border, my eggs crossed the border safely and on time, within the agreed-upon timeframe.
I'd like to thank the person who transported my materials across the border, and I also want to thank Peter from the ACR CRYO team. A huge thank you to everyone!

I was shipping biological material recently from Denmark to Ukraine and used the services of the shipping company "ArkCryo".
They did a great job, especially customer service representative Vladyslav Zherebylo. He was always checking on me, always replying promptly on all of my questions. They delivered my material on time without any delays and issues, the process was smooth. I would recommend this company to anyone without any doubts.

Ihor provided prompt responses and guided me through the entire process with the help of photos and detailed explanations right from the start. He was friendly and patient, addressing all my numerous questions. 😊 As it was our first time, we conducted some research and consulted with around 2-3 other agencies, but Arkcryo stood out as the most responsive, and their pricing was also the most reasonable. Effective communication holds great significance for me, and I must say, our communication with them was exceptionally smooth, which I truly appreciated.

Company is false advertising that they ship to and from Africa and even has a price list for Africa shipping on it. They should be sued for false advertising
