Really helpful staff and in a really convenient area too! Have used these guys for work and home issues with phones. Would recommend in Colchester

Just popped in on the off chance and mark served us, and literally helped us with a problem that had arisen for us xx thankyou very much Jon and Julie.

I have made several visits to the Colchester branch over the years both to buy phones and seek advice as I'm useless with technology. The most recent time was today.
I cannot fault the abundant help I've received on every occasion.

81 % on my battery. Rang Armafone. Made appointment (walk-in’s are available) via very helpful employee. Arrived and handed over my phone. No need to unlock it until work was completed so no security concerns. Picked it up 90 mins later, now 100% battery. Great value for money. Friendly engineers. I recommend Armafone. My husband is having his phone battery replaced next.

very good customer service today at the Ipswich branch. The assistant Sam was extremely helpful and efficient.
I would definitely recommend this branch if you have problems with a phone.

Outstanding work. I’d cracked the screen on my iPad Air got it fixed and then proceeded to drop it in the bath . I found Armafone IPSWICH. Sent my iPad to them . Great communication through the process . I will now always send my tech to to them . Great service from beginning to end . I have my iPad back and new proper screen fitted and no water damage now! I’m very very happy and highly recommend Armafone IPSWICH. Thank you guys!

They broke my phone whilst doing a screen repair. And have said I need to pay for the repair. And it's in their T&C's that if they break your phone then it's broke and that is it. Something that is not pointed out when asked to sign said T&C's.

Also the kid who repaired my phone was not qualified in my opinion, which is why it broke.

No offer to fix it, no insurance to cover the damage they caused. Just another bad company acting badly. I would avoid them as there are several other options. Certainly for the Chelmsford area.

Great service from the IPSWICH branch. Was booked in to have my camera lens replaced but Neil gave me the good news of it being the protector broken not actual lens. So instead of £59*vat it was a £10 fix for a replacement lens cover.

Fantastic service repaired my screen, as silly me left it on the roof on my car highly recommend to anyone who have a broken or cracked screen or need any other repair.

Neil was great even though he was the only one working! Under pressure with lots of customer Neil stayed professional throughout! I would recommend he has some help to make his day abit easier.

My Samsung A16 suddenly wouldn't download my contacts list to my cars any more. As I spend a lot of time on the road and rely heavily on voice activation, this was a significant safety issue. The fault moved with the 'phone from car to car, so I knew it was a 'phone fault. I carried out all the recommended procedures: delete the 'phone from the car, unpair the 'phone, re-connect, etc. I checked the 'permissions' settings in various locations on the device. All without success. Having originally purchased the 'phone from ArmaFone, I went to them for specialist help. (I have been a repeat customer of theirs for years because of their top notch customer service and specialist expertise). Initially they were unable to help, but referred me to their in-house Samsung expert, Mr. T. Well, let me tell you, he's more than a software expert, he's an absolute Guru. He persevered with what turned out to be a firmwear issue and eventually resolved it. Not only that, he explained what he was doing as he did it. (Of course, I pretended to understand it all....). Yet again ArmaFone saved the day in a friendly, knowledgeable, helpful fashion - all at a reasonable price. And yet again I can't speak highly enough of them.

Neil fixed my phone charging port as soon as I arrived. It took an hour and was fixed. Very good service, polite and efficient from Neil. Definatly a 5 star star from him. Happy customer indeed

This is the second phone which which I asked Armafone to fit their amazing GEL screen protector to, and as last time their service was first class. I needed them to do a home visit, which as last time, was carried out by Luke, who is very friendly, and efficient. The whole process took less than 10 minutes, and the price was very reasonable. When my iPhones warranty expires, if I have a problem, then Armafone will be the people I call.
