I feel like the Armani luminous silk foundation has gone down in quality massively, they’ve recently changed the formula, and as soon as it hit my face I broke out. With really sore lumps on my cheeks. Something I haven’t suffered with for years. Sadly I just purchased two lots which I am no unable to use. Will be looking for a company with less ingredients in. Very sad as the previous ingredients never affected my skin.

I went to Selfridges in the Bullring and had an incredible experience with James at Armani. He was super helpful and got me the perfect shade of foundation for an event. Will definitely be returning!!

Fantastic beyond expectations provided by Maria at Giorgio Armani Selfridges in the UK. Personable, kind, knowledgable and amazing at her job. My eyes are notorious for watering however her gentle attention meant no watery eyes - no mean feat.

I purchased Armani eye tint on shade 11S in Selfridges in Manchester Exchange Square and unfortunately quality is just appalling!
Product tester in the store as shown by lovely beauty assistant was different in texture.

What I purchased seem to be separating as you applying it which I only learnt when I got home. This is very disappointing and not service id expected.
I contacted Armani to no avail and getting no help from Selfridges either!

Very disappointing experience

I was persuaded to buy a perfume to qualify for "3 free gifts" promotion, however, when the perfume arrived, there were no gifts. When I reached out to customer service they said "oh well, our T's&C's say it's subject to availability and we ran out of gifts... interesting, because on their website, over a week later, they are still advertising the free gifts, if they've run out surely they shouldn't be offering them to customers? basically deceiving people into purchasing. Will not be buying anything direct from ArmaniBeauty.co.uk

You literally refuse refunds for complaints about a product underperformance (patchy texture etc.) and require 10x pieces of evidence. Now I said, I'd like to return everything else that's not been used, while we investigate this one product and now your return policy is: ''To ensure a full refund, we kindly ask that all items from your order are returned, including any complimentary gifts that may have been included.''. Are you serious????

I love their lipsticks. Applies well, great colours and staying power. Lasts a full day without topping up. However - they shipped my “products” and only delivered the samples and not anything that I paid for. Been having a terrible time trying to resolve the issue. They insisted on photos of the non existent products and treat the customer like they are liars. Reported over a week ago and I still don’t have a resolution. Great products but if you have to deal with after sales customer service then you’d be put off the brand. Additionally, they censor their own reviews. I tried to review the product on their website and they rejected my review. I now have zero faith with the reviews on their website as I am now aware they will only post favourable reviews.

I was really worried after reading the reviews and after two days my order hadn't updated. I contacted customer services and they advised me my order was moving along. Order came beautifully packaged with everything in it! Not giving full stars due to using Evri and delivery is quite slow, I would think a company like Armani would use a better delivery service.

A completely useless and unhelpful customer service experience. I will never buy from them again, a total waste of time and money 😡

Horrible to shop at. I placed my order more than a month ago, followed up 2 weeks later and almost three weeks after that follow up and still never recieved it. Had to request for a refund. Do not recommend at all. Waste of time.

This website has sent me a fake perfume for mothers day. It is 100% fake as i know what it smells like. All looks very real and even come with extra freebies. It does not smell like this in real life. Not even close. Do not buy from here

Received my order to find the makeup ordered arrived in the wrong shade I ordered 5.5 but received 4.5. Have contacted Armani customer services but so far getting no where. Have sent picture of the makeup which confirms wrong shade. So far no response. Considering this is a premium makeup & price I am really disappointed.

I was really skeptical as I'd put an order through before reading the reviews on here! My order arrived I placed it last week. Got 3 free samples too (foundation sachet, and 2 perfume samples) I personally had a fine experience and by going on my experience I would shop here again

My order was delivered to an incorrect address left outside with a confirmed picture by delivery company. This company chose not to respond to me emails so I contacted my credit company to get my refund. Very poor service no more ordering from this company.

Horrible return process. I want to cancel my order, they said no once you received, initiate a return. I returned it two months ago no refund yet. I called ten times first of all, they said they will issue it within a month. I keep waiting. Then they said you have to wait another month to reflect on the account. Two months. Think before you buy. Big brand and experience was horrible.

I placed an order on the 12th for an item that was on offer on Armanibeauty.co.uk and although I got an order confirmation email, according to the payment screen it didn’t go through. I created a query using the online form right away to make sure it’s all okay and as there was no response I called them the next day. The agent who answered reassured that the order is confirmed and nothing to worry about, and that I will receive a mail when the order is dispatched.
I got the email from Evri about the package the next day, and received the package on the 16th.
I was quite worried after seeing their Trustpilot score and comments tbh, and am delighted that my experience was pleasant except for the slight snag with the payment screen.

I have sent several messages through ARMANI BEAUTY contact form on there website but to date have not received a response, I have waited several weeks. I have also tried to contact by phone but am either on hold or receive the message ' being told that all of your lines are busy at the moment an advisor will be available shortly. Thank you for your patience. Did you know that a contact form is available on our website. We thank you in advance for your understanding. I have called so many times and every time the same message??? I tried a another number and have been hold n. I am continually cut off. Additionally I won 25 percent off make up on the website spin the wheel online offer but received a blank email with no code!!! This has happened twice now. NO ONE responds to any emails, messages through their contact centre or by phone. How can you speak to anyone about returns if they refuse to communicate. A horrendous experience and safe to say I would advise NOT to purchase any item direct through the Armani beauty website, shocking service or lack of it, I wish Id read the peoples feedback using this awful company

Will never reorder from this particular website, took over two weeks to arrive.
Better off purchasing else where.

Avoid this company at all cost. Very unhelpful, unpleasant, unfriendly and unprofessional. I have tried to ask for my refund because my order is up in the air, they are not willing to do anything even just an update. Terrible company please do not use this webshytes!!!!
