Order was easy to do on line.Prices beat any Local companies.Arrived as stated well packaged and was all good on opening.
Good value good product PVC corrigated roofing.
My error had to order some extra sheets and they came proply too.
Some of extras I ordered and paid for not needed but thats was my decision to buy but not use...First time roofing.
Only thing I would recommend is to purchase more roofing screws/ caps as not as many sent as you will need...I used some from another time to make up short fall...not there problem just me not ordering enough but they are SMALL packs amounts !!

Unfortunately, my experience with ARM Building Supplies was very disappointing.

I paid for delivery and, despite multiple alleged delivery attempts, no clear evidence of these attempts was ever properly provided. The delivery address was confirmed several times, and on multiple occasions someone was specifically present at the property waiting to receive the goods, yet no delivery arrived.

At one stage, the tracking showed the item as delivered, but the image later turned out not to be at the property. I was then advised that the item was ready for collection at the Post Office, resulting in a wasted round trip of over two hours, only to discover it was not there.

To be fair, the company did eventually issue a full refund, and communication remained polite throughout. However, no accountability or goodwill compensation was offered despite the significant inconvenience, wasted time, travel costs, project delays, and impact on my client relationship.

I understand couriers can make mistakes, but from a customer perspective, the delivery contract was with the supplier, not the courier.

Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend improving delivery management, communication, and customer resolution processes when issues arise.

I bought roofing shingles but ran out so had to order some more and they were delivered the next day which was excellent service.

Excellent service by ARM Building Supplies, but let down by the sub-standard courier service they use for despatch. Ordered items arrived 5 days later than the advised delivery date.

Ordered quite a few coping stones, the sizes where hard to find, ARM had a great choice and prices were reasonable and delivery was quick.
