Horrible company! Their customers service is non existent. I never received my merchandise. Five emails to customer service have gone unanswered but they are still sending me email to buy more stuff. DO NOT ODER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

It is scam, i never get my package and no responde if you try to contact them.

Ordered a fake membership and a hoodie - ended up doing a chargeback through my bank. No items received and no one gets back to you. Only buy through the Weverse app !

I recently ordered the “Merch Army Box” along with autographed postcards from armymerchgiftshop.com, and this has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had.

After waiting nearly a month and a half, my order finally arrived and the box contained nothing but a single t-shirt. The rest of the items I paid for were completely missing.

I reached out to their support team FOUR separate times and never received a single response. At that point, I had no choice but to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge.

Only after the charge was reversed did I finally hear from them and instead of addressing the issue, apologizing, or fixing the order, they simply sent me the original tracking number showing the incomplete package was delivered. They even used that to dispute the chargeback, putting the charge back on my card.

So now I’m stuck continuing to fight this, with zero accountability or customer service from them.

Absolutely terrible experience. Missing items, no communication, and no effort to resolve the issue.

Avoid at all costs.

I'm pretty sure this is a scam shop. I ordered a tracksuit and hoodie on 11/02/2026 and have heard nothing at all. I've emailed directly and using the contact form and I've had nothing. I'm having to do a chargeback on my card because they're not even responding for me to be able to cancel

Big scam for fake merch. Ordered and never shipped for 1 month. Does not respond to multiple emails and chat functions is a fake. Initiated charge back from my credit card and got another email of it “shipped” which is fake. 3 weeks later maybe tracking - hoping my grievance goes through and I get my money back.

I didn't get everything I ordered and they don't respond when I email them

Ordered a gift for Christmas on the December 8th. Now, almost a month later the shipping progress haven’t been updated, it’s not even shipped out. I’m glad I’ve paid with PayPal and was able to get my money back. Don’t order there! Big scam website!

Bought an army bomb / lightstick from their site. Worked in the beginning, but afterwards turned out to be a fake as you got kicked out of the official bts lightstick app everytime you tried to connect it. Don’t buy from here. Many got scammed before too.

Never received the shirt and when support was contacted they also didn't reply. Very disappointing and seems like a scam.

Take your money and do not send item. I have emailed so many times and messaged on insta and Facebook no response from them. Tracking is stuck item lost in transit yet they don’t bother to send replacement or contact me . Really bad as it was a very expensive item as well. Avoid they are scammers

Ordered a bangle . It was lovely but clasp was faulty and it was very small . Contacted them to instigate a return and refund in accordance with their policy but several emails later they have not responded .

I ordered a bag from their website 3 months ago and still hasn't arrived
I really dont recommend Army ... Save your money
