I tried to cancel the subscription three times and was told it was cancelled, only to have the order shipped and my credit card charged. They will call daily to get you to buy more. I asked the sales person to help me cancel, said he couldn't do it. I asked who could and he said customer service and then just hung up on me. I signed up for Aroma360âs VIP membership, and itâs anything but âVIP.â Theyâre quick to get you enrolled and take your money, but when you actually need support, itâs a completely different story. Customer service has been beyond frustrating, my concerns were dismissed instead of resolved.

Horrible Customer Service; Aggressive sales tactics
I had difficulty canceling my subscription. They would verbally say that it was canceled then send me an email with ambiguous wording that meant "before we cancel, we need more info", stalling the cancelation. Their sales tactics are aggressive: constant emails, texts in the middle of the night, pressure on upselling, etc. But when it came to canceling, they dragged their feet and kept needing more info to process the cancelation.
Also, they will tell you that your subscription has already shipped and you have to go through these loops to return it and get your "refund".

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
I have attempted several times to cancel the business with this company. My latest attempt, on 14 January 2024, was the first time I was told I am unable to cancel the subscription service to be sent the oils provided by this company. I have been trying since about 60 days after the company coerced me into signing up for their subscription service to cancel to no avail. I attempted to continue the service, even though I have yet to use the products fully, but the company cannot even ship to my forwarding address as I am im the military and am moving to an overseas installation. The only resolution I was provided was to either keep having the packages sent to addresses I no longer inhabit until 2027, or pay in excess of $3K, none of which was elaborated on when signing me up for the subscription service I did not even originally intend to agree to. This company's practices are abhorrent and their customer service is abysmal. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Our experience with Aroma360 wasâŠ
Our experience with Aroma360 was disappointing. After experiencing severe financial hardship and communicating business closure concerns, I submitted written requests to cancel our oil subscription.
Those requests were not acknowledged as cancellations, and billing through a third-party finance company continued. Communication did not result in a clear resolution or meaningful escalation.
I recommend other business owners carefully evaluate long-term obligations and financing terms before committing.
Dispute refunds
I ordered a couple Mini Proâs and some oil in October 2025. I was immediately contacted by the company to go upgrade me to the Van Gogh with subscription. I accepted the upgrade but mentioned several times to cancel my previous order which they did not do so ended up with 3 units and $110 in delivery charges. It took 3 months, 71 pages of communications and 4 phone calls to get a partial credit in January of 2026. Of the $1,324 I spent on products they refunded $535.22. They said oils were missing which was not true, I used one 120ml oil which I returned the empty bottle, the other one is not true. I should have taken before and after pictures I guess. They refused to refund any of the Van Gogh unit as it was used. Why give a 30 day return then? Are you to see what it looks like on your shelf and then commit to the 36 month subscription? Complete scam! Also for fellow Canadians they charge in USD so exchange is painful! The $169 bottle of monthly oil is $244.80 CAD.
Amazing fragrance / Terrible customer service
Amazing fragrance, terrible subscription service. Never receive the fragrance on time, have to call every 3 months and pratically beg to receive what I've paid for. Had shipments lost and they make it extremely difficult to replace, it's been 3 months and nothing. If you buy don't get the subscription service they trap you for 3 years.

I usually don't do reviews but this has been horrible. I placed an order for over $400 of product including the safe shipment - which is a rip off in of itself. Bottles were not sealed and four of the six leaked all over. Reported shipping damage twice via their contact form and never received a reply. Did the live chat and was disconnect during one. It's a pain to get the replacement and wasn't notified I had send pictures until following up. I couldn't keep the shipping box as it was full of oil and smelled.
Poor service, misleading and highly disappointed. I have used before and never had issues other than one up-sell call back which was fine.
For them to send oils that weren't even sealed raises red flags and then the follow-up in resolving things is horrible.
This was a Christmas gift which was a huge letdown and couldn't be given.
I don't recommend unfortunately. And the safe shipment is a scam so save your money if you do order. Also the mystery item is a voucher that they said was emailed but it wasn't- not a product so also very misleading. And didn't get the voucher anyways. Save your money there too.

Samples are different from the actual perfume
Salesman told me no powdery note on any of their perfumes. I bought one and all I smell is a powdery note. The samples are different from the actual perfume they give you I tried to return within two weeks and they wonât accept returns stating they donât accept if opened or used. I sprayed twice and clearly cannot stand the smell of it. Wasted money. Donât buy! What a scam!
Terrible customer service/Oils are very over priced
Oils are over priced and you have to use their oil cartridges. Customers service is terrible and when you order the sales people are very pushy as in they will call you twice and text you and push you to upgrade your product and sign you up for a subscription.

This is the most dishonest company I've ever dealt with. Did not know i was getting into a 4 year contract for their oils, even though I outright bought the diffusers. I cannot afford it anymore due to all these layoffs and I am disabled. They told me if I didn't pay they would put it on my ctrdit report and that I can't get out of my contract until April 2027. I told them you can't get blood from a turnip and told them to do what they needed to do. I will not pay one more scent.

This company is a disgrace
On or around July 22, 2025 I ordered a car fragrance and diffuser. About ten minutes later I was contacted by their âconciergeâ service. Really, this was just a scam call to sell you into a bunch of junk you donât want. I was told that in return for a fragrance subscription I would receive a âfree diffuserâ. This company ran my credit and has me on the hook for $4000 âfree diffuserâ. I wasnât told about the cost of the diffuser or made aware that I was signing a contract for over $4000. They simply said it was part of âprotocolâ for the subscription. After getting the product I realize that the smells made everyone in my house sick. Therefore, I made an attempt to cancel my subscription before their 30 day period and wasnât contacted by anyone until AFTER it had been 30 days and was then told I was past the period in order to stop the subscription and return the âfree diffuserâ. Not only do I pay for the fragrance oils every month, but I am also paying for the âfree diffuserâ monthly. I have made several attempts to contact them through multiple channels. Including the âconciergeâ service. No one has contacted me back. After some research, I have seen so many people in the same sticky process with this company with no resolution. I think this company needs to be investigated for deceiving and predatory business practices. I simply want the subscription and the diffuser to go away. I never signed up to PAY for a diffuser, I was told it was free. I tried to cancel the subscription but was told I couldnât. I have tried to contact people and no one seems to care about the issue.
I have sent email after email. I have reported to the BBB and to the Florida Attorney General's office. Not surprisingly they aren't supported by BBB. I feel so awful! All I wanted was a car diffuser and was scammed into so much more. I'm not even sure how to handle it at this point.
