NO ORDER SHIPPED
So, I have been waiting for my order to be shipped, emailed them multiple times and to this day, they keep saying they will expedite and make sure it is first priority, but so far nothing. I fear this is a scam! This is ridiculous, they have been saying that they will make sure to do their best.

Unable to provide a shipping date, incompetent "customer service"
I bought 2 pairs of shorts and a trousers from this site for $80 total. This was at the start of June, I reached out to them via their instagram, facebook and email to ask for a timeframe for the shipping. They responded to me on all accounts however it was completely vague, saying they weren't able to give a timeframe on shipping due to COVID. I pointed out that COVID has been affecting us globally since March so surely they would have an idea of the readjusted shipping timeframes by now. They then tried to say there can be unexpected delays such as "bad weather", I pointed out that "bad weather" wouldn't affect when the items were SHIPPED. My last email to them earlier today said is they can't provide a shipping date in their next email to issue me a full refund
