I recently decided to have solar panels, I got 4 companies to quote for the job. Array Electrics were the
only company who came and assed my requirements.
The other companies assed the job on there computers. Scott Drew and Ashley Perugini both came and done a thorough assessment of my requirements.
This convinced me to get Array Electrics to do the job. The team that came and carried out the work were all professional, done a 1st class job. When the work was complete Scott Drew came back and completed the registration with UK Power Networks and my energy supplier. I would highly recommend

I cannot recommend the Array Electrics team highly enough. From start to finish they were excellent. Everything was fully explained by Scott during his visit and up to installation. I was happy to leave the installation team at my home whilst I went to work. Nathan explained the operation and left my home as I had left it. A couple of after service queries were answered very quickly. Would most definitely recommend. The service felt personal, not corporate.

The whole process from enquiry to installation was efficient and professional. Discussions and options were well presented with advice provided at each stage to ensure we made the right choices to suit our requirements.
The actual installation went smoothly, and Array took care of it all, leaving the site clean and tidy. We got good follow up advice which we hope will continue into the winter months so we carry on getting the best out of the new solar and battery system

We decided to use this company for our Solar and Battery installation following an online review, it was the best decision we could have made. The whole process was excellent from the initial visit to the final installation with follow up contact to ensure there were no problems. The install guys were fantastic leaving the site completely clean, they are a credit to any company. I would recommend this company to everyone.

After getting several quotes, we chose Array Electrics for our Solar and Battery installation. They were incredibly helpful with the finer details, offering solid advice without and pushy sales tactics. Their pricing was mid-range compared to others, but the service was exceptional.
The after sales support has been fantastic. Although we haven't had any issues with the system or installation, and Scott has always been there to provide guidance.

Everything about Valueback Solar impressed us. The initial video call with Scott enabled us to discuss various options for our solar installation. Using his special computer programme, set for our postal code and our exact house, he was able to demonstrate the best location for our panels, by looking at the effect of shading at different times of day and of the year. Shading one panel inhibits all the other panels in the set. As we have roofs facing ESE and WNW and have a chimney on our south gable, this was invaluable – other firms had just suggested putting all the panels on the ESE side, but Scott said some on the WNW side too would boost our electricity for using the oven for cooking dinner.

All our questions were answered fully. This was followed up by a detailed, tailored proposal with different options for numbers of panels. Once we signed the proposal, the timetable for scaffolding and installation was provided and this happened on time a week or so later. The installation took just 1 day because 3 of their professional installers were involved. We had solar panels running and generating power the same day! Everywhere was left in a very tidy condition. We have been provided with all the documentation for the new system very promptly. We thoroughly recommend Valueback Solar and its sister company Array Electrics to anyone in East Anglia considering a new solar installation.

The installation of 12 panels plus battery was done efficiently and tidily. We hit a good period to have the work done as we only had to wait a couple of weeks. Installation was mostly done in one day which just a brief visit the second day to finish connecting up and final checks. Everything was left tidy and the work was done exceptionally neatly. We were impressed and the way the way the team worked - no music played (that we could hear), no breaks and very polite /considerate behaviour.
We were particularly pleased with the way the roof space was accessed since we have dormer rooms. Proved to be little problem.
There have already been several days were we have had a full battery and saved on using energy from the grid and this during the winter months. Even dull days produce something. Exported a bit too.
Overall cost seemed good being around 2/3rds of a quote by a local authority promoted scheme a year earlier.

We were looking at getting solar so we connected valuebacksolar, we found them very easy to deal with really helpful and professional, customer service was brilliant and the system they proposed was very high spec and seemed good value, in the end we did not go ahead purely because we decided we wanted to move, when we are settled in our new home we will definitely consider using them if it doesn’t already have an installation!

We had solar panels fitted and the experience from start to finish was fabulous.
Everything was fully explained to us with no pushy selling just honest information to allow us to make the decision if it was right for us.
We had our panels and batteries fitted in July and have really noticed a benefit and reduction in our bills.
The after care has also been very good with all questions answered and dealt with very quickly.
I would definitely recommend getting them done.

Fantastic service from start to finish, no hard sell. Excellent communication from Scott at all stages so we knew what to expect. The scaffolding turned up the day before installation and the workmen did a fantastic job and it was all done in a day. Would definitely recommend, we are are already saving money on our bills.

Great value and excellent service! Delighted with my choice of valuebacksolar!

I can’t fault the service given both in the consultation phase and during installation.
Scott was informative, prompt with answers to any questions, gave a detailed quotation based on 3 scenarios and advised on which would best suit my situation, with no hard sell.
Work was completed with scaffold being erected the day before installation started, by a very courteous, polite and efficient team, who left the floors cleaner than when they arrived.
Bills are down from £75 to £17 per month and excess is already generating additional income.
I would recommend Value Back Solar, you won’t be disappointed.

I choose this company after searching other companies and getting misleading information. The advice was honest and straight along with the technical support and time taken even after the installation. I would highly recommend talking to this company, beware of the companies that show big discounts and pressure selling. Very impressed with the advice, installation and support.

Value Back Solar installed 15 panels plus 2 Batteries for storage on two aspects of my home.
They were prompt and delivered what they said they would, the work was done to the standard expected with workers leaving everything clean and tidy.

I am so pleased with how the solar panels are performing they are way better than the initial quotation indicated and even today which has been overcast and raining most of the day so far up to early evening we have not used any mains power. Some days we break even but with sun we can sometimes export over a third of what we generate.
